Hotel has expanded the hours to allow for a safer environment (no large gathering) and to allow guests to redeem their drink coupons during a longer timeframe. Each registered guest will receive 2 drink coupons per day upon check-in. Another great stay
We had another great stay at the hotel but missed a few key people who are no longer there. We have been going to this hotel for over 10 years every year. Jay Mar checked us in and he was awesome as usual. No one beats Maile and Keola. They are the BEST! Breakfast staff Aldrin and Jay took great care of us. We had a large group and they always worked hard to find us a table together. We loved that they brought nachos back to the nightly reception. Thanks Justin for that. The room cleaning staff was friendly and she did a great job. We were on the 14th floor.

Mar 16, 2026Don’t expect too much if you book the “ city view room”
We were about to cancel our trip to Honolulu. Because we saw all the news about the Kona storm and we were worried about flooding and the bad weather. Somehow we made it all the way to here. We expected we will stay at the hotel most of the time due to the rain. I thought it would be still great if we could have a nice room to spend our spring break just to relax. But I didn’t expect as a Hilton honor Diamond member, the front desk told us the hotel is very full and gave us the first floor room with street view. When open the curtain all I can see is people walking around. This is not I expected from a Hawaii vacation. This is truly disappointing. I would rather stay at the Hilton Hawaiian village. They treated their diamond members completely different. I am so regret to stay at this property now. :(

One of the best stays
Amazing customer service/food and views. Nothing beats it!! Not to mention the staff!!!! Auto was one of my favs- made our experience that much better!! We’ll be back
