I had a great experience per usual. However Fafa went above and beyond and sure was taken of while I stayed at Hilton. This is why I enjoy staying at this location!

My go-to hotel for Tampa!
Convenient to Benchmark International Arena, less than 5 mins. Great views to see the city, water, or a skyline. All staff was excellent from the front desk, to taste restaurant, to valet services. All locations were clean and comfortable.

Good experience at Embassy Suites by Amelia Arena
Good experience. Wanted to treat my kids mid week. Also got to a cool vacation offer with the Hilton representative FaFa and the valet team to include Bob were excellent and very helpful. Thank you!

Cristal was wonderful at front desk, above and beyond to be helpful Would highly recommend this the customer service and the cleanliness the welcome feelings of the staff here!!!

Dec 07, 2025Watch out for double charges on parking fee!
Paid for parking as part of room rate. Later saw that valet service also charged me for parking so charged twice. Called hotel and they put me thru to valet service who assured me a refund would be put thru. That hasn’t happened so now I have to dispute the charge which is a pain in the ass.
