Such a disappointment
Decided to come to Orlando for a little family get away with my husband and our 1 year old daughter. I called ahead and asked for a crib to ensure my daughter would have what she needed when we arrived. We checked in at 9PM and waited for two hours just to be told that no cribs are available e for her and there is nothing they can do except maybe find one tomorrow. So tonight I’m left with no crib for my daughter to sleep in and have to resort to either unsafe sleep methods for my daughter or holding her all night. Not much of a vacation. We will never stay with this company again.

Great breakfast! Great room!
We spent a few nights here to just chill and relax. There were no crowds since things were slower after the holidays. It was so nice! Our room was very comfy. They had a great hot made to order breakfast each morning. They even had cute little mickey mouse mini pancakes. They had a social hour from 5 to 7 . You could have drinks and snack items. They had a pizza and ice cream shop which was nice to just sit in the atrium area and eat pizza. The resort manager was very nice. There is also a very nice heated indoor/outdoor pool which we enjoyed. We've always enjoyed Embassy Suites . This one is one of our favorites!

First and foremost, our experience was not what we expected to be!
We contacted the hotel to assist us with arrangements for our son, they told us that we will receive a call following day, which didn’t happen! They did it last year and we were happy even if we pay for, but this time they put excuses (Covid-19) “ODD”. If they excuses because Covid-19, they would then tell the chefs who cook your breakfast to wear a face mask or other staffs. We arrived around 7:30pm, the room was not ready! “Odd” service is very slow and no one cares about you! When we walked into our room after they told us our room is ready past 7:30pm, we found a pile of “Dirty sheets, towels in front of our door” very disappointed! The bed seems someone slept in the there and housekeeping didn’t change the sheets! We called the front desk to ask to change the sheets while we were at the pool, guess what! No one did it, they took over 30 minutes to have someone in our room when we get back from the pool by 11:00pm! I will leave you some picture examples to review it! Thomas was very helpful with the resolution, but didn’t acknowledge the most important (our son’s birthday) to do something for him. They told me to go to the gift shop and I can do my own set up 🤔! Hoping the General manager and other guest could see this and the attachment! See below!

Not the Best Stay
Pros: Location. On-site parking. Cons: My room was not clean. The floors were not vacuumed. The bathroom was half cleaned. The sheets were soiled with hair and stains on them. The room was not sanitized. I requested clean sheets/changed them myself and sanitized the room. Management didn’t appear to be concerned. On/site parking is $17/day for self parking. Am not sure why you have to pay for parking considering there is ample parking and no security. My worst Hilton stay ever and I have been a member for 20+ years.

Perhaps some missteps…
Property location was great. Central to the parks and International Drive. However, arriving to the hotel after 8PM was a challenge. Hotel staff was limited and didn’t provide expected services that Hilton typically presents. Restaurants closed at 8PM despite a very active lobby and lounge area. My Hilton profile states that I prefer a higher floor. This was ignored and my assigned room was on the 1st floor, which was quite noisy. The room was a standard Embassy property. Unfortunately I had to settle for three hand towels and a floor towel. Quite odd.
