    Room was great. Awesome space, very comfortable. The staff were great. Shout out to Joshua. Great professional hope other hotels have a Joshua in their teams.

    Excellent stay at Embassy Suites

    Excellent service. Great Breakfast meals and Manager social at night. Conveniently located between Disney and Universal. Truly enjoyed our stay.

    You’ve been warned: Bugs, understaffed and lack of customer service

    I DO NOT recommend this hotel. As a diamond member, I was not offered bottled water or snacks when I checked in. The room we stayed in had bugs. We complained and they sent in a “cleaning” crew, but it didn’t help. Still had bugs. Breakfast was good, but was a big mess because they were under staffed. We were supposed to have our room cleaned everyday, but didn’t happened. When I requested bath towels after coming to the park we couldn’t get them until the morning. Extremely disappointed with staff and hotel overall. I’m a Hilton person but I do not recommend this hotel for ANY type of stay. I will NEVER stay here again.

    EMBASSY SUITES A FAMILY FRIENDLY HOTEL WITH AMAZING TEAM MEMBERS!

    Pros: We just stayed here for 3 days 2 nights. Let me tell you, the Embassy Suites Team was amazing and so helpful.Ayanna and Luis were 2 exceptional team members that really stood out to us. The amenities are wonderful and very accommodating to the children. Food: Complimentary breakfast was a tier above the average hotel Complimentary breakfast. Very grateful that we had this. Bar food: Everything we had was good. The price was reasonable as well. Get the fries they are delicious 😋 Pizza: wasn't our cup of tea but it wasn't bad, just extra extra cheesy. Rooms: we had the Alani suite(outside). The size was good, cleanliness was OK, there could be some minor up kept done on the rooms to make them a 10/10. But, Honestly who stays in thier rooms anyway on vacation haha. Tip of the day: if you are with smaller children renting basic Gazebo package is the way to go. If we visit again we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Embassy Suites Team!
