    A great option for convention center meetings!

    We had a great stay! The breakfast was delicious and the omelette maker lady created a masterpiece for us each morning 😊 The front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. Marvin was especially friendly each time we saw him (to us and to all guests). He and Tamkeka helped us store and retrieve our bags and we appreciated it very much!

    Disappointed customers from Chicago

    My group came down to celebrate the Mardi Gras festivities and a cruise from Chicago. We checked into the Embassy one day before leaving for cruise, and 2 days after returning from cruise. The hotel allowed us to check-in, never informed us the hotel didn’t have any hot water. No further accommodations were given. Have called multiple times to resolve issues with no resolution .As a privately owned hotel carrying the Hilton name, under no circumstances would a Hilton Corporate property would ever allowed this to get this far. Hopefully after filing a complaint with the attorney general’s office they will come up with some resolution.

    Excellent!

    Sincer was fantastic!!!!!!!!!!! He is a great employee. Excellent service. He helped us out with everything we needed and was very kind. Also, we loved Rosa the bartender. Super talented. The whole experience was great. Loved everything, from the complimentary drinks and breakfast, to the convenient location.

    Customer service at its best

    I had the pleasure of meeting Mason when I checked in, and he was both pleasant and knowledgeable about the area. Although I arrived at the hotel later in the evening, my encounter with Mason was stress-free and welcoming. I initially thought I had simply lucked out by getting the nicest front desk associate—but then I met Marvin. His outstanding customer service and professionalism were truly second to none. Thank you both for making my lodging experience so enjoyable. I will definitely be back!

    Valet Parking Staff Member

    My overall experience at the hotel was great! We were there for a two day business conference. I want to commend valet parking staff member NAM! He went out of his way to help us when we were leaving. When I mentioned I had no cash, it didn't phase him. His attitude was service minded and he delivered excellence with a smile. Highly recommend these folks.
