We had a wonderful stay! Aaron and Marvin were fantastic! The rooms were clean, and we had a lovely balcony. Breakfast was really good. We enjoyed the omelettes. Having the ballet service was really convenient.

Marvin was exceptional , he assisted with my WIFI connection and I extended my stay, he was very professional and put a smile in my face.

Might be the most incompetent group of workers I have ever experienced in my life. All I can say is good luck if you decide to give this business your hard earned dollars. Not once in my life have I gone out of my way to leave a review, but the workers here were that bad. They don’t answer their phones and if by some miracle they do, they will proceed to pickup for 5 seconds, only to put you back on hold. I am thankful I only had to stay here one night, or else I may have actually lost my mind. Stay away people!

Marvin and Aaron helped us a lot with the check in process! The customer service was amazing and they helped resolve our issues with ease.
