    Would stay again

    Room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast had many options and was well organized. One letdown was the manager's evening reception. The only food choices were cut vegetables with a dip and chips/salsa. No meats such as sausage or little pigs in a blanket type offerings. Lots of cruise passengers and they all tried to check out at the same time on sailing days. Not a big problem but be aware. Shuttle from MIA was very good. Yes, there was some airplane noise but it wasn't constant.

    Enjoyed my time at the Embassy Suites near the airport.

    Our experience at the Embassy Suites was very enjoyable. Chris was at the front desk and was very helpful to us during our stay. The room was very comfortable and clean. I intend to stay here again whenever I am in the Miami area again.

    Friendly front desk!!!

    Embassy suites is amazing!!! We arrived early from the airport, and they were so accommodating to help us get settled in our room. Such a clean place, Yamelin was so helpful and friendly!

    Keep animals in designated rooms!

    I stayed here for 2 nights in December 2025, everything was decorated very nice for the holidays. The stay was great until, I was getting dressed and noticed there was dog hair covering the bottom of my pants. When I complained to the front desk, they did change my room and offered a discount on my bill, which later appeared back on the bill when I got home. When I questioned if the animals are allowed on certain floors, the response was they stay in all rooms. Considering that alot of people have allergies to pet dander; there should be designated areas for pets. Everyone is not Dog lovers!
