Terrible front desk reception service the receptionist has an extremely nasty attitude. If you would like to speak to me about it my phone number is 405-628-4046. Spent extremely to much money at this establishment to be treated like I was an inconvenience to her Faye is the receptionist name thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

We stayed at Embassy suites by Hilton Miami after our cruise trip and it was great. Yamelin took care of us and our stay very well. He was attentive and helped with all our requests.

Dec 27, 2025Beware for late arrivals
After pre-planning with the front desk, we planned to use the advertised 24/7 shuttle service from Miami Airport to hotel. It was not disclosed that after 12mid, they do not run the shuttle but use Lyft. We landed at 1:15am and nothing went right. Called the number given and after navigating to the transport, the system hung up on me. After doing this twice, I tried to call the front desk. Nobody picked up. Did this three times before somebody picked up on the fourth time. They did call the lift, but that itself was a disaster. Maybe I can’t blame embassy for that but the fact that they really do not offer late pick up service with the lesson learned. The room was good, what you come to expect from an embassy the overnight staff was less than helpful. But the morning staff were excellent ended what they could to resolve our situation. That being said When I stay here again? No, I would give another hotel a try.

My check in process was very rough i arrived very ealry to the hotel hoping to chekc in ealry it was very busy i waited over 3 hours for my ro i would like to point out the young man that was at the desk his name is christopher he was very helpful very kind
