This hotel completely failed at the most basic level of hospitality. The staff were rude, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in helping guests. Simple requests were ignored, questions were met with attitude, and problems were treated like inconveniences rather than responsibilities. There was no apology, no effort to fix issues, and absolutely no sense that guest satisfaction mattered. The lack of professionalism was shocking, especially for a place that claims to value service. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. There are many options that actually respect their guests—this is not one of them.

We had a great time. The guest ambassador Pierre noticed we might have needed some help because the lobby was very busy. He reached out to Christopher who was very helpful in getting our room ready. Thanks guys!

Terrible service
Terrible front desk reception service the receptionist has an extremely nasty attitude. If you would like to speak to me about it my phone number is 405-628-4046. Spent extremely to much money at this establishment to be treated like I was an inconvenience to her Faye is the receptionist name thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

Great experience
We stayed at Embassy suites by Hilton Miami after our cruise trip and it was great. Yamelin took care of us and our stay very well. He was attentive and helped with all our requests.
