Good place for overnight layover. Free transport to and from airport at convenient times, comfy beds, decent restaurant, quiet even though near airport. Don’t let the fact that you have to take hotel shuttle (free) to and from scare you away

Friendly, great breakfast!
Great experience, everyone is friendly. Breakfast was great. Patrick greeted us and we felt welcome. He also gave us points for our stay and offered other accommodations opportunity for other cities we may stay next. We had a great stay. Thank you!

I hate to leave negative reviews, But this was my experience. . We literally waited over an hour for the “every 20 minutes(wink wink) airport shuttle” that arrived, smelling like the Booze- Cruise’. Just saying!! After checking in, we were never told about the reception w/ complimentary drinks and snacks. Maybe the staff partakes in the hotel supplies?? I suppose it’s reserved for some people not Everyone.-hmmm.I asked a few other couples who also were never told about it. Although i used Priceline, and paid $180 a/night for a 2 day stay, they still held an additional $150 for incidentals. The first room that we went to, had dirty dishes and plates left out front- and smelled of cigarette smoke, so we had to move. We were given the second room that smelled of cigarettes and had even more dirty dishes and plates in front of the door. Keep in mind that this is late afternoon- and after check in. However, the Housekeeping guy had a full-on eye-rolling and pursed lips attitude. He eventually picked up the dirty dishes but left some dirt and paper dropped food in front of the door- to show his dissatisfaction—with MY dissatisfaction. Embassy never has a coffee or tea station, which would be nice because for the money, you should at least get a cup of complimentary coffee that you don’t have to prepare yourself. I believe in being gratuitous, but I was treated like crap ( I can spell it out- but why??) when I mentioned housekeeping or lack thereof. It’s ultimately their loss. The manager, who gives off a big, fake unsuspecting smile, is a nasty individual. I believe his name was “Elian”?? I expressed my dissatisfaction to Elian’ and immediately ALL services in the hotel turned even crappier! I tried to patronize their restaurant and enjoy a nice dinner with family. But after the waiter brought us their DRY-cold burgers, the servers all refused to return to our table or take our beverages order. My husband and I wanted to enjoy some after dinner drinks, I called over to the waiter who refused to come. And I later brought this to Elians attention; but instead the unprofessional Mr. Elian turned nasty and said that his workers complained about me!!! Elian immediately got louder, and suggested that I leave the hotel? I’m not only confused at this point, but now I’m seeing what he’s doing by flipping the situation around and becoming aggressive. Another employee came and stood by her manager in fear and support, and I realized this is what they do here. My husband stood by quietly, as Elian’ got louder with me to escalate the situation in the lobby. He was deliberate but also a “threatening thug”under all of that supposed professional demeanor. We had to walk away. As we went to get our rental car, I immediately asked my mom to return to the room, because I didn’t trust the staff here any longer, and had a sneaky suspicion about leaving the premises. They were all watching our every move, which was super creepy. When she got back to the room, she reported that “really rude-attitude” housekeeper was now trying to enter the room thinking we had left!!! Needless to say, I called Priceline to book another room. Embassy refused to give us our refund for our stay as well as the next day which was unused. We left the hotel and they kept the money. The workers all refused to speak English around customers. And seem to all be collectively working together on a different level- outside of hospitality. I’ve worked in the airline industry, and I’ve stayed at many Embassy locations, and I’ve never experienced anything at this level of “seedy” in at a Hilton property. I’m also a Hilton Honors member and didn’t receive my points after being threateningly coerced into leaving! Deplorable and unprofessional! Horrible experience. Stay away from this one!

Clean and helpful staff
Did temporary parking for the day here and the shuttle experience was excellent. Luis was so kind and helpful with taking us to and from LAX. Patrick at the lobby was so kind and helpful in giving us details / options for other beautiful Hilton resorts. Hotel itself is beautiful and clean. Lovely experience

Great experiences
Had a great experience on the shuttle with Luis, super kind and friendly and a great driver. Patrick in the main lobby was sweet and personable - loved talking with him as well.
