A good hotel. Not a Wow this is an awesome hotel. A few nice features. I would stay again. Comfortable Ocean view suite. Easy walk out the back door to the beach. Low air conditioner noise. Works well. Hot water quick in the shower. Resort fee with very few “resort” features. Free water daily but you have to ask for it. I didn’t ask and the front desk attendant told me she couldn’t give me two free waters retroactively. Now that was not an excellent experience. She definitely did not let me leave the hotel with a smile. Cleanliness 4 star very good not excellent some mold in shower, stray hairs from previous cleanings left behind. Buffet: I did not see gluten free options. Minimal vegan options Excellent omelet with a wonderful bright and cheerful cook who delivers with a smile. He made my day. Breakfast staff friendly and helpful excellent job of cleaning and keeping everything stocked. We did change rooms. In the first room, the toilet ran, the light was out, the vault didn’t work. A different front desk attendant (the nail tech with gorgeous nails) was very friendly and helpful in getting us moved to another room and sending maintenance immediately to take care of any problems in the new room, as well as, the old. This was excellent problem resolution. The chairs in the second room were in better shape with no stains. Also, the shower had less mold only a little at the bottom of the shower door. Evening reception with free drinks and snacks. The light rum is very weak a little rum flavor for your punch.

Love visiting this hotel. Service & amenities are great! Staff are very accommodating and are helpful with planning area outings. Jessica was friendly and offered how she could help with future travel.

Diamond is Delight
I was thoroughly pleased. I am a Diamond Member. The service and attention was consistently crisp and friendly. I was greeted with a smile and appreciation at Check in. I received follow up texts. I had the pleasure of meeting Jessica poolside. She listened to my travel needs and took advantage of a great deal for future vacation. A+ for service and attention.

Nice renovated hotel on the beach
Renovated hotel right on the beach. Loungers by the pool and on the beach are incl. Spacious suites with 2 bathrooms. Parking space in the underground garage costs $26 for self parking
