    Great return trip to this hotel!

    Return trip to this Embassy Suites, it’s been years since I’ve been at this location and it is still great. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is always top notch - the cook and staff keep this area moving, clean and clutter free. Hotel is right next to the Brea Mall which has upgraded since I was last here. Lots of people/shops and I love that Philz coffee is here too! Target and Sprouts right across the street, you can walk to anything you need practically. Check in was amazing - thanks to Devin O. He was so pleasant and provided exceptional service! I got into my room promptly and he answered all of my questions.

    Exceptional Service

    The service at this Embassy Suites was exceptional. There are 3 people that we would like to recognize. First is Lucia, she went above expectations - she made sure we had a soda and ice and brought us water without us asking. Her smile and friendliness was appreciated. Next, Adam from Hilton vacations, his knowledge, friendliness, and information without being pushy was appreciated. And then there was Ella, breakfast service, she was thorough, gave good service, always with a smile, and ended our breakfast with ‘Have a good day!” All three went above and beyond with their ability to engage and make us feel special. Thank you!

    10/10 would stay again

    The location was perfect - walking distance to a mall and close to many restaurants. The lobby of the hotel has many areas to sit and visit which was great for my business trip, and the extra personal days I stayed. The rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. They have vast breakfast options and a made to order omelette bar included in your stay. Creshia with HGV was incredibly nice and we talked about some future vacations.
