    Hotel has potential, think it will be better in the future, but stay away for now.

    This hotel is on the up but right now it’s not worth a visit. The public areas are new and lovely, and the staff were very polite to my friends and me. The gold benefits were also wonderful. However, the room was the worst I’ve ever stayed in. The beds didn’t feel fresh and I couldn’t put my finger on why. They were also away from the walls and the sheets looked disturbed. The smell was overwhelmingly musty and everything was super corroded. Both the shower and faucet would run at the same time no matter what we did? The fire alarm was dangling from the ceiling in the room. I tried to voice my concerns to Hilton and Hilton said they’ve asked the hotel to respond but the hotel sadly hasn’t. I didn’t complain directly at the time because I didn’t want to upset the staff potentially. Ultimately, I think the room issues will be fixed with a refurbishment which I believe will be underway soon. But for now, I would advise against staying.

    Don't stay here. Pay a little more for a better hotel where there is accountability

    Despite having a comfortable bed/good air conditioning , the room is extremely dark like a good part of the hotel , when you get out the elevator and walk around and look at the inside of the hotel there is very little lighting- it is simply not bright. A train runs all through the night and you hear it. The breakfast , which I inquired, has fresh omelette/pancakes from the grill. When I asked the weekend chef for an order, he told me to go to the hot plate area where the pancakes were hard and cold. When I told him only one was left, he would not make up a single one. The front desk had no accountability and would not even spend the time to hear my complaint/ or write up a report. I have stayed at other Embassy Suites, not my first trip an Embassy Hotel. This place in my mind is one of the worst.

    Nightmare

    This place is a nightmare. We checked in late or we would have left. The room stunk of mold. The shower looked like a murder had happened inside. The roof had a hole in it. The phone in the room didn’t work. The ac barely worked, and to top things off the bed was so hard it felt like laying on a rock. This place is a nightmare.

    Skip this hotel.

    Out of date and very old. Rooms are muggy and have a mold smell. Paint chipped. Moldy shower head. Dirty floors and stained carpets. All the furniture is old and rusting/chipped away. Ceiling wet and sinking in.
