  My daughter’s 16th birthday treat

  I emailed them prior to our visit to request view of the tower room, they were honest in saying it’s first come first served we arrived late around 7:30 pm and much to our delight we got a view room it was perfect for my daughters 16th birthday! Room 311 is small and cosy be careful on the balcony as it’s very small with a low rail. But the view is stunning the tower light up at night and sparkling. Highly recommend would use this hotel again and again.

  Would Highly Recommend

  I was really impressed with this Hotel. The location was excellent and so close to the metro. There were supermarkets nearby, lots of restaurants and shops. It is in walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and the Champs-Élysées. The staff were helpful. The room was clean. The view of the Eiffel Tower from the room was fantastic. The breakfast in the morning was good. I would highly recommend.

  Mediocre Accommodation - More Effort Needed

  Stayed here 21/08 to 25/08 - room 119 Very basic and dated Booked a twin room and were given a double. Really annoys me this as if we had wanted a double room we would have booked one View of the courtyard so a bit meh Air conditioning worked but makes a right noise Toilet and the sink and shower room are separate so if you want the toilet but someone is in the shower you have a wait so you can go to the toilet then wash your hands Beds are quite hard and have a mattress topper that doesn’t fit the whole bed Bottles in mini bar €6.50 each, supermarket just 5 minute walk away had the same bottles for €3.50 Breakfast is not worth the money. We had an early morning out to Disney on the 24.05 so thought for ease we would book breakfast. Not even ready and set up for opening time. Eggs cold when they came out and coffee machine isn’t even like warm. Appreciate a continental breakfast is limited by at €14.50 per person it’s a bit of a joke. Location wise it’s walkable to all tourist attractions Would I personally stay here again, it would be a no for me

  Staff stole all our cash from our hotel room at Hotel Elysees Union

  BE WARNED WE WERE ROBBED IN HOTEL ELYSEES UNION OF ALL OUR CASH 1024096332 Hotel Elysees Union Paris BE WARNED WE WERE ROBBED IN HOTEL ELYSEES UNION OF ALL OUR CASH 1023058866 BE WARNED WE WERE ROBBED IN OUR HOTEL ROOM OF ALL OUR CASH. On our last night staying at the Hotel Elysees Union in April 2025 we were robbed of all our cash from our locked luggage in our hotel room. The room safe was not bolted down instead sitting in the wardrobe and you could pick it up and walk out the door with it. This should has sent alarm bells ringing. So we kept our cash in a locked side bag inside our locked luggage and then stacked 4 large suitcases one on top of the other in our room for the 5 nights we stayed at HEU. On our last day we asked front desk to book a cab for us the following morning to the train station at 6am. That night, our last night, we returned to our room 11pm and went to pull out cash to put in our wallet and all our cash was missing. In this bag was cash and our passports only. USD, Euros, Pounds & Aussie Dollars all stolen but passports remained. Shocked and distraught that all our money had been stolen i immediately went down to the front desk to report the crime. The night managers reaction said enough. "I'm the only one working I can't leave my desk". He didn't seem shocked, concerned no reaction what so ever. I couldn't stress enough how urgent the matter was, i asked him to call the owner, the police someone something needed to be done. He made a few calls nothing came of it. I asked him who had access to our room. He advised every staff member in the hotel could access our room. He could do nothing we should report the robbery to the police and the hotel basically washed their hands of us. He yelled at me when i become understandably distressed and upset. Called me rude. What a wonderful way to be treated when we were robbed in their hotel. Not him or management reached out to check if we had money to pay for the cab, no offer for assistance of any kind not even a cup of coffee. The management let us leave the following morning with no acknowledgement that in their hotel $5,000 Euro equivalent was stolen from our luggage. This was my 8th trip to Paris. I will never return. We went on a family holiday to Europe with money to spend. I have no reason to make this up. To make matters worse when I continued to pursue the hotel once I had returned home they sent their LAWYERS AFTER ME!!!! Threaten me with legal action if i did not remove my online reviews. All the comments i left on their social media pages they deleted. What a disgraceful way to treat paying customers in their hotel. Once our trip came to an end and they knew full well our plans and what time we were departing, they waited until our last night to rob us. The owner of this hotel should be concerned someone in their hotel is stealing from their guests. I would warn everyone DO NOT STAY HERE OR RISK GETTING ROBBED. Will never return to Paris where tourists are treated with no respect or regard!

  Magnifique!

  We just came back from Paris after spending 3 nights at the Elysees Union. We stayed in room 218 and found it to be extremely clean and comfortable. The room had a comfortable large double bed and a single bed. The room came with a flat screen TV, (though there were no English speaking channels) a writing desk with tea/coffee making facilities, and a well stocked mini fridge. There was also two new wardrobes with internal lights and soft closing doors. The bathroom looked like it had recently been refurbished. It was immaculate, and had a bath/shower, large sink, toilet, and also another walk-in shower, with plenty of clean towels and complimentary soaps etc. The dining room may be a bit on the snug side, but everything again was very clean and well set out. The breakfast choice wasn't huge, but there was a good selection of pastries, cereals, cold meats, eggs, yogurts, breads, and hot/cold drinks. Every member of staff we interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, just a 10 minute walk from the Arc de Triumph, and a 20 minute walk from the Eiffel tower. Its also next to a high street with plenty of cafes in short walking distance. We arrived in the evening and to see the Eiffel tower lit up from the hotel front door was pretty breathtaking. We would definitely return to the Elysees Union with no hesitation. Great hotel!
