El Embajador is a wonderful & grand hotel. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe and well cared for. As soon as I got to the front desk and Wilmer, the young man on duty, noticed that I used a walker, he asked if I would be more comfortable in an accessible room, than the one originally booked. If was this ‘anticipating before being asked’ that embodied the style of the staff. I can’t wait to return again.

The hotel room had roaches on the 6th floor , the bottle of water inside my room was open before I got there , also they took a long time to get transferred to another room. It’s a great hotel but this was my worst experience since I’ve been at the hotel.

Wonderful Christmas Vacay
The staff at the Embajador is outstanding. A big shout-out to Alcantara, the bellhop on the night shift, who went above and beyond for us when we arrived by helping secure something we needed to put in a freezer. I’d also like to thank Alicia Polanco at the lobby bar for making the best passion fruit mojito for us.
