Wonderful hotel
we stayed two nights at this hotel during our visit to Santo domingo The room was very spacious comfortable,and clean,with a large bathroom,which had a separate shower,and a jetted tub. There are 3 restaurants 40 metres from the hotel,as well as one in the facility.

Best stay in Santo
We had such a great experience here. Everything was wonderful. The rooms were so comfortable and the staff was great! The food was delicious and the fresh juices were SO good! We loved everything about this place and will come back for sure :)

Reception staff incapable
The hotel rooms are really nice but the reception staff is unfortunately so incapable that they were until today not able to send me the invoice for my room to hand it in for reimbursement at my company. The receptionist had put into the invoice a fictive address in Kazachstan (?). When I asked to put in the same company address in Germany as my collegaue who checked out 1 hour before, it was technically not possible for her. She promised to send it to me by email with the correct address. However, nothing happened. A reminder email from my side led also to no reaction. Therefore I am until today still without any invoice for my room.

Always amazing, clean, excellent food, service and amenities.
The hotel is always clean, with excellent food, service, and amenities. The staff is amazing they care for you and make you feel welcome, they always give you the extra mile to make your experience very special. We love the food, the room service is wonderful, and the rooms are very comfortable. This is our favorite place when in DR.

Best hotel in Santo Domingo
The accommodations/amenities & staff service are NEXT LEVEL. Gorgeous pool area and nice gym/spa. Yethzabel at the front desk provided exemplary service and can accommodate any request. Can’t wait to be back in April!
