    Vacation at Mazatlan

Another nice vacation in Mazatlan, we have stayed at the Elcid hotel 22 times in the last 18 years, the hotel location is partly the reason. (beachfront, food, cleanliness, atmosphere etc.) But the main reason is the service from the waiters and waitresses of whom which we have now become friends with. I would like to give a special thanks to. Lobby bar: IVAN, YUKARY Breakfast: (La Pergula) CEASAR, FABIAN Lunch (La Alhambra) RUDOLFO SIAD Dinner (La Pergula) REUBEN, MANUEL And also LATISHA and RUBERTO (supervisors) Captain LUIS For the exceptional service. I hope the management of the Elcid hotel appreciates your service as much as we did. Thanks

    Feels like family

Everyone is always wonderful and when you’re here at el cid Castilla, you’re treated like family. Lobby bar supervisor Ivan Corona, all the waiters and waitresses throughout the resort had been amazing. Thai was our 12th year here and we look forward to coming back every year.

    El Cid Castella Beach... Mazatlan

Lots of daily activities offered such as Bingo, Black Jack, darts, bowling. Entertainment was better than we have experienced elsewhere. The Italian restaurant (a la carte) was very good and we strongly recommend this dining experience. Rooms were clean; however, we did have to request extra towels and face cloths. Staff are all friendly and accommodating. Overall our experience was great

    Love Granada and the staff!

I had a great time at Granada, it’s close to the golf course and the ocean and a few steps away from many restaurants at the resort. The rooms are a bit older but they are very well looked after and all the staff at Granada are fantastic! The breakfast buffet is fresh and well looked after and the omelette egg bar is excellent as well. I especially loved the French toast and fresh fruit every morning with my coffee on the patio. Another great thing about Granada is it’s less busy than across the street and very quiet.
