Mar 17, 2026Ridiculously small room. Nice pool area.
Make sure you check and see which room you get. Some of the rooms are so small you barely move. There's not a separate bathroom. No place to hang your clothes. Barely get your suitcases in the door. The pool area is very nice. It has a nice hot tub, although I would say it's not really a hot tub because it feels like the water temperature is about the same as the pool hot tub water temperature should be around 102 it feels like it's 85 so although the place is nice and clean, which it is our rooms at least the ones on the second floor here are very tight and there's nowhere to put anything in fact, it's a TV fell off the wall. It would hit your feet. It seems to be only about 8 feet wide and about maybe 15 feet long. I wouldn't stay here again unless you get a sweet and that's probably another $300 plus a night.

Feb 27, 2026Didn’t receive what we paid for :(
Didn’t get the condo we paid for…instead we had to climb over one story of stairs to a very cramped and crowded room. There was sposed to be an electric cooktop, but all we got was a tiny microwave and fridge. Spiral staircase falling apart and VERY dangerous. Neighbors were loud coming in at 2:45am. Thin walls! Only good thing was the community jacuzzi.

Tiny room. Couldn’t open bathroom door fully because hit bed. Also right next to front desk and could hear everything. Cheap towels. Nothing on the walls. Was hoping to a homey Key West vibe. Not here.

No character
This place used to have so much soul and a true Key West vibe. That is all gone now, no more amazing foliage amongst the buildings, no more cozy funky gazebo or rock wall by the pool. Sun deck is gone. It’s just like any other wanna be cool spot now. Wish it would’ve stayed the way it was when Eden owned it.

Jan 06, 2026Highly Recommend - Fantastic Stay & Value, Attentive Staff
Visited week of NYE with my mom and we had an exceptional stay. The price was super approachable considering the holiday spike. Our room was clean, always refreshed and tidy. The location was also superb! Super convenient to explore neighboring areas, but tucked away enough from the traffic of Duval St., wharf & Mallory Square. The staff - front desk, Dredger's Bar, housekeeping, etc. - were all very friendly & helpful, always recognizing us and answering any questions we had. We really enjoyed the pool area, too! We booked the prix fixe dinner at Azur for NYE and it was lovely. Despite our room being directly behind the pool bar, it didn't feel loud ever. All-in-all, I would stay at Eden House again & recommend to others visiting Key West! Thank you for a memorable holiday vacation.
