A great experience at the Eden House. The manager Jocelyn the GM was delightful with all the 100 year history of the hotel. Made us feel at home !!! The Eden house has it all with the private and intimate pool and garden. Tiki bar was beautiful and close to pool for a relaxing drink 🍸

Eden House - Quaint and Lovely
We just got back from a week's stay at Eden House. The location was perfect, right on Fleming St, which was a short walk to the wharf area of Duval. The property is small and quaint, beautifully landscaped with palm trees, and has a cute tiki bar as well. We had room 403, which was great with a lot of space. The pool is nice as well. What made the week was the service we received. Huge shoutout to Gemma, who is such an asset to this place. She is very welcoming, extremely accommodating, and goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need each day of your stay. Patrick (housekeeping) is also the same, anything you need, he's your guy. They both added to the pleasure of our stay. (We even ended up staying an extra day!)

Aug 01, 2025Hated the room, no breakfast, no parking... pool area was nice, staff was nice.
Room 107 was tiny you could not walk past the foot of the bed unless you were sideways. I would think this is a safety violation. There was no breakfast as advertised. No parking.... there were a few good things the linens were nice. The pool area was nice. The staff was very nice and helpful. We hated the room no counter space- the shower and sink is in the main room. We had to put our luggage on the chair. The toilet was in a tiny room off center your elbow touched the wall on one side. My husband hated this room. We spent most of our time outside becase the room was so small. Probably 10x12. Not worth the price.

Delightful, clean and close to lots of restaurants.
Delightful, friendly, and clean hotel. Peaceful, homely rooms and nice pool. We are a family with teens and we all enjoyed our stay. Short walk to lots of restaurants. Pepe's for brekkie, Blue Heaven for Key Lime pie and Waterfront brewery were our highlights. Plus a manatee in the harbour. Hope we can come back again.

Perfect Key West feeling.
The Eden house is an excellent place to stay to get the perfect Key West feeling. Gemma greeted us at the front desk and walked us to our room. The whole Eden team were a joy . The rooms are very clean and tidy.Pool area was very good. Small tiki bar great service but not open long enough 3-6. Go stay and enjoy the Key West feeling.
