My stay here was amazing! The rooms were very clean. The beds were very comfortable too! We also got breakfast which was quite delicious. I highly recommend!

Perfect hotel for the Christmas Markets
I took a last-minute trip to Germany for a long weekend to visit the Christmas markets, and this hotel was in a perfect location for us. We were just steps from the train station and within walking distance of well-known Beer Gardens, the Christmas markets, and the bus station. We arrived mid-morning, and the lobby was busy with guests checking in and out. Understandably, our room wasn’t ready yet, which I didn’t mind at all—I was excited to hit the ground running and start exploring the city. I was very happy with our room—it was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. At night, the hotel was very quiet, and I wasn’t woken by any noise from traffic or people outside. Positives: Great location, great room rate, spacious clean room. Not so positive: Nothing stands out I look forward to staying here again, next time I visIt.

The standard single room was clean, and daily maid service was appreciated. The included breakfast buffet in the attractive restaurant was quite nice. The room was quiet, facing an inner courtyard, and the bed was comfortable. Being across the street from the train station was handy, but it was about 3/4 mile to Marienplatz. I never felt unsafe in the area. As for negatives, the room had a rustic decor that felt dated. It was a bit difficult to adjust the room temperature. The shower/tub combo had an awkward shower layout with the nozzle on the side wall. The water temperature also didn't always remain steady.These were minor inconveniences.

I would not recommend this hotel - when we arrived the toilet in our room had not been cleaned and then the next morning when I tried to have a shower the front of the head flew off and would not stay on unless held! We had dinner in the restaurant and I was brought the wrong order - when I pointed this out I was told that this is what I had ordered, the waiter that took the order was called across and he too told me that this is what I ordered, despite my protestations they would not back down! They offered to change it but then I would have been eating after other members of my family - no apology was offered.

Great location and staff
We had a wonderful stay at the Eden Hotel Wolff. They were able to let us check in an hour early for one of our rooms and check out later for one of our rooms. The breakfast was delicious and definitely worth the price. They stored out luggage all day for us and gave us a wonderful recommendation of a restaurant that serves schnitzel. It was delicious!! And you can't beat the location as it was across the street from the train station. Next time I visit Munich I will definitely stay there again but ask for a room away from the street because of the noise. Thank you to the staff!!
