Close to old town, train, bus and tram. Pretty quiet considering all the traffic outside. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was a good size with comfortable beds and pillows.

Lovely traditional hotel in a great location
Excellent location, next to the Hauptbahnhof. Traditional, clean, comfortable hotel. Friendly staff, lovely restaurant and relaxing bar. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and fresh. My single room was big enough and a great, quiet and a bathroom with a bath. Fridge with a few essentials if needed.

It was very conveniently located near the station, and the room was spacious enough for two people.The breakfast was also delicious.

Nov 20, 2025Customer services should be improved with some front and back office staff
Shocking poor night first night due to lift malfunction noise nuisance and other noise so moved rooms after long conversations and swaying stay didn’t want to return keys and full pack at 1:40am. Said next day lift would be fixed totally understand it n ended parts and they couldn’t for whims duration of stay not an issue the way the hotel handled situation was awful had to get them to agree to 20% refund they wouldn’t refund full night wouldn’t offer a complementary drink I explained we had already paid I full on bookings. We are now 3 months later I’ve still not had the lousy refund. The hotels expensive for what it is rooms are ok. Most on gym equipment didn’t work no apologies, stream room proven. Sauna can be used if you pre book but very basic. Bar was nice. Lobby nice. Lady on front desk who I met twice was most helpful and nice when I was crying due to migraine from lift noise nuisance in dressing gown 1-1:40am. The breakfast and breakfast staff were lovely. First room was nice ok second not to bad not greet. It’s central and lovely from outside and very easy to get around as well. If not had poor customer services would have given 3 stars

Great stay
Very nice hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. Breakfast was great. Very quiet. Would happily stay their again
