Jan 18, 2025It was a dream come true in this dream place, our wedding was very beautiful and emotional.
This is our second experience at this Resort and it was wonderful. The first time we went to see the place for our wedding. And last week was our wedding and it was incredible, family and friends all together! There are no words to THANK the people who worked together to make this happen. The wedding planner GISELE is the best, super sweet and very helpful. I highly recommend her, I honestly fell in love with everything!!! And then there's Rodrigo (the rooftop restaurant manager). It was the second time we met. He's a WONDERFUL person, very special and helpful. We became friends the first time and he's always very cheerful and attentive. He'd come see us wherever we were. I can only thank everyone who works there for all the love and attention they give. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Beautiful safe property to visit
All the Staff were amazing and the food was fantastic. It was easy to get around property and plenty to do. It wasn’t too busy while we were there so not sure if that’s why we had such great service didn’t have to wait for anything. We did the upgrade predicting so worth it!

Great Service and Food!
Outstanding service and great food! Cielo in the Blue Water Restaurant is always so nice and caring as she checks you in for your table! The table service is outstanding with Richard, Mario and Edgar always delivering above and beyond with a huge smile! The Preferred Club Team always went above and beyond to meet our needs and make sure our experience was excellent! Maria does a phenomenal job as the leader of that high performing team! Ivan, Rosa and Omar all gave us the best customer service experience! Greeted us always by name, took care of any issue/request and then always told us to have a great day. We will come back to this resort because of the amazingly service provided by all these people! We are very particular with the quality of food at a resort - and we were not disappointed! All of the provided a very high quality of food! I highly recommend this resort and book as a Preferred Member. P.S. Be prepared to be pitched a “Vacation Club” 90 minute presentation. However, they handle it well when told no.

I was very impressed by the resort. The staff was excellent and provided a high level of service. I came in December of 2024 just before Christmas with my wife, two college kids, and a middle schooler. It was a low time, which was nice. Ample spaces by the pool. I do think you should do the preferred club. It gives you access to the adult pool on the top which has truly magnificent views. And if you have kids, you can put them in the kids club and enjoy some time up there. I thought the food was good. I kind of wanted a buffet option each night, which they only do occaisionally and is usually themed. The Italian restaurant, which some reviews were negative about, was actually quite good and we ate there twice. The steak restaurant was just ok. I did an upsale of a steak, and it was disappointing. The Asian restaurant a la cart was good. We skipped tepanyaki. The restaurant on the roof was also very good for dinner (also has breakfast and lunch). The lunch and breakfast buffet was really good with lots of choices. The taco/burrito/quesadilla station outside was awesome. Ate there a lot. They could use a pizza oven near the pool like many other all inclusive resorts have. I would agree with some of the reviews that I wish they had guacamole and salsa with chips out more frequently and plentifully. The beach was ok. They clean the sargassum regularly, so you do not see it at the beach. But it is in the water. Beach is small, but enjoyable. Water is calm for kids. I walked to the ferry terminal to Isla Mujeres. It was easy and relatively inexpensive compared to an excursion. Playa Norte in Isla Mujeres is a short walk from the ferry terminal and certainly one of the most beautiful beaches in the area, with no sargassum. Clear water. But I found Isla Mujeres to be extremely touristy, and did not enjoy it. You can rent a golf cart if you want. You will be approached by dozens of vendors re: golf carts and excursions once you get to Isla Mujeres. We chartered a 29 foot boat for fishing near our resort for 4 hours and caught 13 barracuda. It was Family Fishing Cancun located at the dock of Hotel Imperial Las Perlas. It was $380, and much cheaper than making arrangements at the hotel for a similar excursion. I recommend it. Short cab ride away. Whole family enjoyed the resort. Do not bother with the ATM; just bring US dollars. It is almost impossible to use an ATM in Cancun and not be ripped off as far as I can tell. I have been to two other all inclusive resorts in Cancun. 1) Excellence/Finest Playa Mujeres - a much nicer resort with better food, but much much pricier. And does not have a fabulous rooftop pool. 2) Dreams Vista - for the price, I think it is where I will return. 3) Marriott all inclusive - good, but Dreams Vista is better. The only reason I do not give this resort five stars, is because I think that should be reserved for a Ritz or St. Regis, or maybe even the Excellence/Finest. It is not a criticism of this wonderful resort, to which I plan to return.

Beautiful family friendly resort
Beautiful resort! The staff is extremely friendly and not the fake kind of friendly, very genuine! Great place to relax with the whole family! The world cafe is perfect for breakfast buffet. Room service wasn’t great and difficult to order on the app. The Asian and Mexican restaurants were our favorite for dinner. Pool side lunch was great! Recommend checking out the spa with their hydro circuit as it was better than I expected.
