The food is so bad. Basically it’s the same kitchen for all restaurants. Example - the lasagna at the Italian restaurant had the same hamburger meat from the afternoon grill area. The pillows are so large and uncomfortable. We came home with sore necks and stomach aches. We’ve been to Cancun many times - this place is your worst option.

I was a little wary after reading other reviews regarding the food and the shape of the resort, but we were happily surprised. The resort isn't glamorous but it was clean and upkept pretty well. We mostly received very good service in the restaurants and at the pool. There were lots of activities going on all day at and around the pool area. We also thought the food was pretty good in the buffet and the three restaurants we went to. Great coffee at the cafe. We liked that we didn't have to wear wristbands or make reservations. The beach was nice with very little seaweed. We have been to Mexico many times and we would go back to this resort. And it's close to the airport!

Amazing hotel and great value for money! Respectful personal and management! Food and drinks were great as well, we enjoyed it a lot! Guys were providing activities around the clock, never a boring moment! One of few hotels where drinks are served at the beach! Top!

Don’t come unless super cheap deal
Beautiful but old resort showing its age. Amazing pool but they want us to pay to sit on pool chairs at this all inclusive! Umbrellas are very expensive and there are very few anyway so we have no shade.The food is terrible. The cheapest food they can find. The staff doesn’t speak English . My room is freezing but no one to help lower the temperature. No hot water in shower. Bad entertainment. It is nice if you get a super great deal. Avoid Jet Blue vacation package at all cost. They overcharged us by thousands!!And picking us up for airport which is 30 min away 4.5 hours before flight.

Fantastic Family Trip!
Wonderful family trip! The resort had everything we needed for a trip with our 7 & 10 year old. All staff were wonderful! Everyone had a smile on their face. The entertainment team is phenomenal at what they do!! A next level group of people! Their energy is unmatched and infectious. So engaging with kids and adult alike. Good food, coffee and drinks. Loved all the greenery around the trails, resort is the perfect size. Would recommend this resort!
