This was a 10 out of 10 resort! So many activities in the pool, beach plus the water slides. Staff was so amazing and friendly and provided awesome service. Service was great throughout the resort, at the pool and in all the restaurants. Food was so great, some of the best meals we have had.

This resort is a smaller property but offers a very nice getaway. Maria Cordova was our housekeeper and she was terrific! Our room was always cleaned and restocked quickly and efficiently. Daniel at poolside was extremely helpful and attentive. He remembered us daily and helped us when needed. All of the staff at this resort are very helpful and friendly.

Wedding done! Thank you, Dreams Sapphire!
My wife and I just got back from our wedding at Dreams Sapphire on Sunday, and I’m still trying to find the words to describe how great of a time we had. The resort itself is amazing from scenery, to the friendly staff, and even how good the food was. But what really made the trip was seeing our family and friends having the time of their lives alongside us at this amazing place. For our wedding - we spent an entire year planning this with Lourdes (Lulú) Bustamante, and she is truly an amazing person to work with. After a year of emails and phone calls, Lulú always made efforts to feel more like a friend than a coordinator. She was always so friendly and willing to jump on a call whenever we had a random question. Because of her, the whole process was so smooth, we kept waiting for that "wedding day hiccup" everyone warns you about, but it literally never happened. Everything was just easy. There are a few other people who really made that day special that I have to mention: Mike Dumonceau: Our photographer, who was just incredible to work with. He made us feel so relaxed, and we’re so excited to see the moments he captured. Ana Ruth Cueto: She handled the bridal hair and makeup, and my wife looked breathtaking. She was so kind and really listened to what they wanted. DJ Rodolfo Ku (Encore Global): He absolutely nailed the vibe! The dance floor was never empty, and he knew exactly how to keep the party going. If I could recall everyone's name, I would because i honestly had such great interactions with all of the staff while I was there at dreams sapphire. So if you’re thinking about a destination wedding, I can’t recommend this place and this team enough. We’re so grateful for the memories! the only thing I'm sad about is that its all over now, but I'll forever be grateful for the memories.

Clean, safe, friendly, relaxing
Zero complaints. Tons of food variety, tons of friendly staff everywhere. Short waits at the bar. Huge clean pool with shaded areas. Definitely get a swim up pool for your room. It is worth every penny!

Excellent vacation at a beautiful resort!
We recently returned home from a wonderful trip to Mexico and stayed at this resort. We had a regular room (not premium) and we were very satisfied with our entire experience. The staff are wonderful, friendly and accommodating. The food selection is great, no reservations for restaurants and unlimited visits permitted which is unlike some other resorts where we have stayed as they limit the number of restaurants you can access during your stay, The buffet was always wonderful as well, especially for breakfast. Lots of options. I would like to mention the exceptional service of Zaqueo and Geremias at the World Cafe during breakfast time. Also, the waiters at the El Patio (Mexican) restaurant were wonderful but I do not remember their names. We went back twice during our stay because the food and staff was so great! The entertainment staff had lots of activities going on throughout the day and we participated in some of them. They were great fun. Mar and Abraham were particularly great and very good at what they do and have lots of energy which is wonderful! The staff around the pool and in the lobby bar were always very friendly and accommodating but Felix, Christi and Donanciano were amazing. We always like to get spa treatments and we enjoyed our services and the spa area is beautiful and relaxing. My only complaint would be the situation with the loungers around the pool area. People are putting their things on them early in the morning and sometimes never return for the whole day which is very inconsiderate and not fair to other patrons who want to use the loungers. Not sure how this can be managed better. That was really the only stressor during our trip. Everything else was great. We will definitely return to this resort again.
