Our DREAM Wedding!
My now husband I were fortunate enough to host our big fat Greek-Persian DREAM wedding on this beautiful property. We had 100 of ours nearest and dearest family and friends join in our celebrations. Carmen Martinez the wedding manager was phenomenal and exceeded every expectation one could have. Planning a destination wedding itself comes with a different degree of stress and anxiety, but Carmen, Lulu and Agustin went above and beyond in every way. The team ensured perfection and truly made our vision come to a reality and even threw in some beautiful surprises. The welcome party and wedding ceremony/reception were truly memorable and all of our guests are continuously raving about how much fun they had and how wonderful the staff were. We are beyond thankful to everything and cannot wait till our next visit!

Great experience!
First trip for our family out of country and we had such an amazing time. All staff were friendly. I loved how the staff also include the kids in their shows and events, it made them feel special! Our wedding was beautiful, and Grace was so kind and attentive as our wedding coordinator! We would definitely visit again!

Decent, not great
We stayed in new Indigo section, which was very nice. The food for the most part was decent. The buffet was lacking a bit at breakfast and lunch, so we stuck with the preferred options which were much better. My only complaint is that my wife was injured in a fall due to the shower being pitched the wrong way and it drained into the room, causing her to slip/ fall on wet floor. Not a little water, but a ton. The resort did not do much to remedy, even after speaking with a manager. This section has newly opened, hopefully they remedy the problem.

Totally recommend!
Fantastic resort - beautiful food, friendly staff and spotlessly clean. The pool staff looked after us really well and the choice of restaurants was great. The ambience was relaxed and caring. I would recommend - best all inclusive I’ve been to

No bueno, except for the staff
This place was a disaster.. except for the exceptional pool and restaurant staff, they were fantastic; notably Tony at the main pool’s activities staff, and Victor and Gumer at Blue Water Grill. AMAZING PEOPLE. TIP THEM! The hotel is rundown on half the property and falling apart (where we stayed), and the hotel lost its main power (ALL OF ITS POWER) several times throughout our trip, leaving us in the black: shows were cancelled, dinner was over… A mess. Also, the VIP services and activities desk lie about everything to suck you into things and then all the details change: For example, our “timeshare tour” to receive a discount on activities was supposed to be 1.5 hours. We ended up having to cab 30 minutes away to and from another hotel, on top of another 2.5 hours for the lunch and presentation.. Allow at least 3.5-4 HOURS! The Xcaret tour was great, but the hotel failed to tell us that we were the first to be picked up, followed by 1.5 hours of driving around picking other people up! And again on the way back home. THREE HOURS of picking other people up never disclosed to us…. Awful. And the food… par at best.
