Amazing rooms, welcoming staff ready to please us as much as possible, exceptional food and drinks - we simply couldn't believe that this type of quality was offered at an all inclusive hotel! Best sleep we could have, their beds are the most comfortable we've ever experienced! We loved having cocktails in the pool bar, the food at El Patio restaurant was excellent (to the point we went there every day), the cleanness was exceptional! Big thank you to Cesar, the wonderful manager and the entertainment team that helped me teach my fitness classes there and truly made me and my husband feel like kings during our stay! We really hope we come back!

Fantastic family getaway
Our family of 4 had an amazing time at Dreams Riviera! We have a 2 and 4 year old, and appreciated the fact that this resort isn’t huge and overwhelming. The layout was simple and we could get around without getting lost or having to trek far to get anywhere. The food was great - we upgraded to a premium room and were then able to eat at the Seaside restaurant for breakfast vs the buffet, which was delicious! The grill by the pools was our go to for lunch, and with lots of options for restaurants for dinner we actually only ended up eating at the buffet once. The restaurants were all great. We got a room with a plunge pool, which was beautiful but they aren’t heated like the main pools, so they were a bit cold for our toddlers. The jacuzzi on our deck was used way more! But what made this resort amazing? All of the workers! From the moment we stepped out of our shuttle we had nothing but positive experiences and were met with kindness and incredible service. I cannot say enough good things about the entire staff and every encounter was 5 star. I wish I could name everyone but our server Mario at Seaside for breakfast remembered us every morning, Jemima was the hostess at Seaside and was so kind. Israel was an incredible poolside server. Ricardo was another poolside server who was always making sure we had what we needed. Romeo was amazing too! The entertainment staff were full of energy, fun, and made our experience memorable - particularly Uziel, Gus, and Angie. The coffee bar staff were also so kind, and the coffee was great! Tip the staff here - they are all working incredibly hard and deserve it! I will note that the in pool kids play structure had water sprinkling on it all day, which would have been fine but my kids don’t like getting their heads wet yet, so they didn’t go on it at all. I also appreciated that you weren’t allowed to reserve chairs by the pool for hours. Nobody was running to the pool deck at 5am to throw their towels down, and there were signs that towels would be removed after 30 minutes. I read a few complaints about the seaweed on the beach…I feel like this should be common sense when you go to Cancun and are on the beach. The workers raked the beach every morning, I saw tractors removing the seaweed…what else do you want 🤣 We also upgraded our room and our mini fridge didn’t work the entire stay, nor was it stocked. Not a huge deal, but we paid for an upgrade and wished we got to use it. Every other room issue we had was dealt with right away and house keeping was amazing, coming to our room multiple times a day to make sure we had what we needed. Thank you Dreams Riviera!

Wedding of our dreams!!
We just got back from our 7 day destination wedding week. We had 60 people in our group and had fun everyday. Thursday we had our bachelor parties and rented cabanas at the pool. Friday we had our welcome party which was a beach bonfire and Saturday was the wedding. Samuel Ramirez was our planner and he made our dreams come true! Could not have asked for a more beautiful wedding. The staff at dreams went above and beyond. Perfect getaway
Clean and beautiful resort, great staff and excellent service delivery. Staff respectfully and consistently checked in to make sure your needs were met anywhere around the resort. Great variety of food and drinks and makes for a perfect escape. Highly recommend this place.

Great stay at a great resort
Everything was absolutely perfect at the Dreams Riviera. I couldn't have had a better experience. The rooms were big and comfortable, the staff were so friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent. The grounds were also lovely - they have multiple pools and hot tubs, so nothing ever feels too crowded!
