    Great short bike tour!

We had a great time! We did the bike tour from the Dreams resort with Jessica and Hailey. We had a great time biking and we even saw a grey fox and a crocodile.

    Bike tour

Heily y Jessica es muy, muy bueno. Very good sense of humor and very patient not a hard bike ride, but not good for those out of shape. Good thing to do in the morning.

    Wonderful experience

We stayed for 5 nights. Attended a family wedding. It was all wonderful! Very Special. The service was amazing, but a special shout out to Samuel Sosa Sulub at the Maris Restaurant. His warm, friendly, welcoming smile will have you wanting to dine there for every meal, like we did. Good thing their food is amazing too. I will dream of the day we get to go back!

    Beautiful Resort Bad Drinks!

The resort was beautiful! The staff was friendly! The food was hit or miss! The drinks were watered down! I drank all day and never felt even a slight buzz! The activities were very few or not well advertised! Every morning our room smelled like sewage! I was there for a wedding and the staff tried to pressure our bride into paying an exorbitant fee to move her wedding because of rain! They even threatened to shut down the reception and not give us the food that was already prepared. Thankfully the rain stopped!!!

Fun for (most of) the family

Overall good experience. Pros: This was our first all inclusive vacation and I liked not having the stress of worrying about what our final bill would be. The beach is steps away from the resort, it has powder like sand and little to no seaweed. Restaurants offered a wide variety of dinner options that did not disappoint. Staff were friendly and courteous. Resort had a good mix of all age groups, loads of energy during the day and quiet at night, which is what we wanted. Didn't have too much trouble finding lounges by the pool each morning and we could grab as many towels as we needed. Cons: shower door in our bathroom was not water-tight so water went everywhere and we had to use a bath towel to keep the floors dry. Lunch options were sparse. Housekeeping was inconsistent - some days we had fresh towels and some days all of our old towels were still on the floor when we returned to our room. Biggest issue though was the lack of GF food options. There were loads of foods that could have been GF but were either prepared with gluten-containing foods (i.e. same fryer was used for chicken fingers and french fries) or were not labelled so my mom-in-law who has Celiac disease was not comfortable taking the chance. Oh and don't do laundry or purchase OTC medication at the store - it will cost you a small fortune.
