Ordinary. Have been to several Secrets and this is the poor second cousin. Do not go unless you have to ie travelling with children. Fabulous beach, terrific pools, friendly staff but too many shortfalls. The menus sound better than the food tastes and I don't consider myself a 'foodie' Disappointed that several options on the buffet surpassed the restaurants and I've never said that about any all inclusive I've travelled to. Very musty smelling room and we were in the PC area.

We all had a great time at Dreams Playa Mujeres on a girls trip. They have many pools to hang out at and the premium liquors were very good. Food was good but have had better. The staff was wonderful and always helpful and friendly. Our room was amazing and we would return

Pleasing to the soul
Sea legs pool overlooking the ocean was my favorite. All of the activities are spaced throughout the day and are very engaging. I had a poolside dart game with Gabriel that was a bit challenging due to the wind, but brought some laughs. The wait staff and bartenders are very accommodating and attentive. This resort is beautiful and relaxing.

The BEST Resort we have ever been to!!
This resort is beyond AMAZING!!! The best one I have been to yet, and i’ve been to many! The premises are beautiful and extremely clean, with so many amenities to choose from. A great blend of quiet and fun, whatever you are looking for you can find it there! We got married here in November and are SO GLAD we chose this place, it truly made our dream wedding come true and our friends and family raved about it! Iridian was our wedding planner and she crushed it!! The staff at the resort made the experience even better! Concierge greets with you with a friendly smile and takes care of your suitcases - bringing it to and from your room. Gabriel, Arturo were so helpful and Roger helped bring wedding vendor things to its location. Truly amazing service! Entertainment is phenomenal!! Luis the director is so friendly and the staff is incredible. We loved doing water aerobics, zumba and pool activities! Marco (tony) is so sweet and friendly!! On the days we relaxed by the beach, Omar was so attentive to our bali bed, constantly checking in on us if we needed anything which we appreciated. And the spa… hands down best spa experience yet! Fernando helped us check in easily at front desk. We did a couples massage with Sandra and Andrei and they were amazing, the best experience and massage ever! Oh yes, great food! So many options and quality is great! Overall, nothing but amazing things to say, we recommend this resort to everyone and cannot wait to come back!!

Please do not waste your time and money on this resort. Aesthetically it is beautiful and the property is small enough to get around which is nice. The food is a 3/10 - the buffet, the lunches, the overall selection not good. The French restaurant was good- but adults only unless you buy $100 wine like they told us too to then get a private room so us and the kids could eat. Ridiculous. The buffet is gross but you can find a few key items like yogurt, pancakes etc Do. Not. Get. Preferred. Nobody checks and it’s a rip off. The preferred lounge shuts down at 10:00 and they kick you out if you are trying to watch the football game on Sunday/Monday The staff is miserable. The grotto bar bartender was so unhappy and did not enjoy servicing us. At the larger pool the bartender was only one person so you wait at the swim up bar for a long time for a drink. The pools are like hot tubs- very hot no cool water The rooms are decent but the outdoor patios/bathtub are run down We were there for 7 days and there was 12 weddings. So loud- so many people and the same music every night you will want to cry if you hear I’ve got a feeling one more time by the end The beach is gorgeous- gorgeous sand beautiful ocean We ate fettuccine and salad bar for 7 days that’s it. Drinks were so gross - Pillows terrible I do not recommend staying here
