Excellent 5*
Lovely hotel with so many great restaurants and food choices. Staff so friendly, helpful and efficient. We weren’t happy with our room on arrival, as didn’t want to be on ground floor and air-con wasn’t working but they were so quick to get maintenance in and moved us to another room still next to family. Lazy river / pool area was our favourite place to be and loved every minute of our holiday. We weren’t happy there for a family wedding an it was amazing. Definitely recommend and definitely 5*

Worth the visit
We chose Dreams Macao to renew our wedding vows after 40 years of marriage. We usually go to Secrets but since all our family and most of our grandchildren were coming, we decided to go here. It was a wonderful experience for everyone. We had a group of 17 from 83 years old to 4. A great time was had by all. The younger ones really enjoyed going to the Explorers club every morning. Everyone enjoyed the entertainment.

looking to go back very soon
the reason i choice this place was due to trip advisor, i am disabled and had my family a 2 year old and 11 year old we all loved it. nothing i can say bad about the place if your thinking about going just do it.

The property is beautiful. The grounds are well taken care of and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we got food poisoning on our last day and that makes it hard for me to recommend. The first night we didn't enjoy our food but the rest of the time we did. We also struggled with the drinks. They were really sweet. There were a few other small things with our bathroom but nothing that would stop us from visiting the resort. We love dreams and Hyatt and will be returning to Punta Cana later this year and choose Dreams Royal beach. We preferred our experience there
