I am here now! If the management is reading these reviews please can you improve the service. Staff most of the time chats with each other in the groups and do not serve customers. I have to chase them around restaurant to get a drink with my lunch. It is my day 2 here. On another hand food is very good here.

The location was beautiful, but overall my experience was average. The food was hit and miss, and room did not have the view I paid for.

I have been in the hotel since 3/25 enjoying all the amenities. The hotel is excellent, but I want to recognize an special employee who is the soul of the entertainment. He goes above and beyond, always smiling and promoting all the activities. He may be the Employee of the Month! Thank you !

Perfect family holiday!
Me and my family visited this resort in September 2025 for 1 week. The weather was absolutely perfect despite the threat of a tropical depression, sunny and hot everyday, rained very lightly on our last morning for around 15 minutes and then it was sunshine and blue skies again. The food in the evening restaurants was very good, my favourite was the French. Oceana does seem to be the busiest so had to ask for a table to return later, you are given a buzzer to let you know you're table is ready. All restaurants are walk in and don't require a reservation so getting a table was easy, there was a small wait at the Japanese one night, not sure how easy this would be in the peak months however. The buffet was perfect for breakfast and had something for everyone with a varied choice as well as the coffee shop, staff were very pleasant. Pools were great, we did spend everyday at the large main pool as this was where the activities and entertainment took place. The drinks did seem to be better at the bar nearer the beach, especially the mango daquiris. The water park was great, not huge but was fun all the same, we had fun racing down the slides even if we are 3 grown adults. The Taco truck situated here was fabulous too, great for a little snacky. The room was perfect for 3 adults, very spacious with a double shower and a bath tub, stocked mini bar and fresh towels every day. The entertainment was very good and there was a show each night, followed by a singer in the lobby. The entertainment team, bar tenders and dancers are an absolute credit to this resort, never pushing you to get involved ( we did anyway, we needed the Funny Money) and you can see they absolutely love what they do, special mentions to LeBron, Cappuccino, Diana, Diamond, Elias, Narquin, La Madre (Bellkiss), Barbie, Tairi, Little dancer, Leo Boy, Loreto and Jonny Bravo, sorry if you're reading this and I've forgotten to mention you! We had so much fun here we have decided to return for two weeks in April 2026, we cant wait!!

Family Getaway in Paradise!
Great family resort. Beach is a little to rough for youngsters but fun surf. Food was great and overall a wonderful family experience.
