  Spring Break with grands

  Fun for all ages or just sit by the quiet adult pool

  Great birthday trip

  We had the best time with a big group for my birthday. Every member of my group was treated amazingly specific mention to Josue with baggage, remembering my name and room all week and being so helpful Emiliano lobby bar was wonderful and so friendly Dulce at the beach bar was amazing, remembered our names and drinks always so Kind Ezra and yamileth at the preferred check in were just amazing, always so friendly and helped us solve one little hiccup Victor the waiter at seaside was fabulous Benjamin at oceana helped us have a fabulous evening and Luis and Helios at uvc could but have been more helpful we will be back!!

  Amazing service!!!!

  The staff at the Dreams is above and beyond....A few names that need recogntion: -JUVENTINO: From the bottom of our heart, thank you for going out out of your way to make us feel special, A big thanks for getting our Cabana set up, getting our towels and just a simple "buenos dias todo bien?" makes a HUGE DIFFERENCE! -FREDDY: Thank you for being so attentive at our Cabana, you made us feel like VIP, waited on us 2 days, and made sure we were set in our Cabana...WORTH IT! -JOHNATHAN & JAMIE: BREAKFAST WAS SPECIAL BECAUSE OF YOU! Johnathan made sure we were taken care of, and an hour later when the teenagers woke up, made sure our teenagers were taken care of. Your small attention to detail made us feel like we were the only guest you waited on! NICO & JORGE at dinner: NICO thank you for being a good sport about being in our kids tik tok, her friends are still calling you the GOAT! Jorge, your personaality and attention to detail made a difference in our stay and your names will not be forgotten! LOBBY BAR! ERNESTO, ANA Y EMLIANO: Ernesto thank you for taking care of our girls and making their vacation unforgettable, they are asking to come back this summer! Senorita Ana! thank you for rememebering my husbands birthdy and having such a sweet and warm personality! Emiliano, thank you for the last minute waters and waiting on us all the long hours of the night! VIRI: Thank you for the birthday celebreation at the cabana, this was a birthday that we will talk about for years to come! JOSUE: Thank you for remembering us....this is small but does not go unoticed, your professionalism and kindess go a long way! Vacations are made up by memories, pictures you take, and family/friend bonding. Remember to recognize the staff and their hard work, and always always always remeber the golden rule...Treat people the way you want to be treated! Dreams you are doing something right with your level of professionalism with your staff, thank you for an amazing stay and unforgetable memories that were made!

  Be wary of Preferred Club

  Our first visit to a Dreams property because we went with two other families. We decided to upgrade our stay to use the lounge and drink better liquor/drinks. We used the Lounge all the time for breakfast and lunch since we didn’t care too much for the few places that offered those meals. We also used it to hang with the other families in there. However the upgraded liquor or drinks were not provided to us…unless we knew what they offered. There was a Club Bar that was for us to order on the beach…they display the same stuff there as all the other bars. We finally realized they had a “few” bottles like Tito’s that they hide in the fridge. I’m not even sure what else they offer??? As a Club Bar, you should only display and offer the higher end liquor and beer. The beers were also hidden and were out of stock daily. This just seems like they are trying to deceive us even though we paid extra for it already. A HUGE TIP…make sure you are specific to what liquor you want no matter what bar or restaurant. The staff was so friendly…mostly if you tip them well mostly your first day. Want to for a shout out to the gentleman that oversees the pool (forgot your name and he watches over the kiddie slide too) and also, Elsa and Octavio at the pool and Janpol our server both times at Portofino restaurant. Those servers took care of us beyond. The entertainment staff was great too…Brian was awesome…Tequila tasting was quick and fun ! I brought a few hundred dollars in small bills to give them all daily …they deserve it!! And if you go when it’s close to full capacity, you won’t find chairs or umbrellas at the pool unless you get up at 6am (not kidding…we had to get up that early to save them). Portofino was the most busiest restaurant so you have to get in line to get in at 5:30 or you won’t eat til 7pm or later if you’re even on the list. I wish they had a place that just makes pizza all day. That would alleviate families going to Portofinos for the pizza. I would have gave Dreams a 3 start but we were lucky they upgraded our room to a swim out because they were full capacity. Lucky us!!!

  Fabulous Resort!

  We had a wonderful week at Dreams Los Cabos. The rooms were large, clean, and had the most comfortable beds, and we liked the blackout curtains, too. The hotel grounds were beautiful and clean, and there was so much to do! The service at this hotel is the best I’ve ever encountered at an All-Inclusive hotel. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly. They really wanted their guests to have the best experience at all times. There were activities every hour at the resort so there was never a chance to get bored. We enjoyed both pool and beach volleyball, as well as playing Blackjack, doing hand massages, playing both music and movie trivia, doing tequila tasting, doing corn hole tournaments, participating in guacamole lessons, and playing Bingo. Shout out to Diana, Christian, Brian and Emmanuel who were amazing entertainment hosts around the pools. Wow, they made us feel so welcomed, and they were so much fun! We would go back just to hang out with them! Lol. There was live music by the fire pit every night at 6:00, and we watched a few cool live entertainment shows on the beach after dinner a few times, too. We loved the Mexican feast set up on the beach one night with live music and a dance show. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food, and we liked that breakfast was served until 11:30, too. The food was delicious at every restaurant, and we tried them all. There were no reservations, but we put our names in and went for drinks while we waited. Our only negative would be that the cocktails seemed weak at the resort. Just ask for doubles, or be specific about what you want, and they’re very happy to do that though. They want guests to be happy, so they will prepare your drinks how you like them! The pool servers work so hard and are so friendly. Lucas was always awesome while serving us the first few days we were there. Visit Guadalupe at the Oceana bar for the best margarita. She’s the best! I can’t say enough how impressed we were with Dreams Los Cabos. It was everything we were hoping for and more!
