Best Experience
Nice resort with fantastic staff! Food at PortoFino was awesome, we ate here 3 times on our week vacation. Nikko and Santiago go above and beyond. All staff in the preferred lounge were top notch! Ruffo at the beach was amazing and all activities crew were great on getting the kids involved. Loved being able to see the whales on the beach!! Beautiful sunsets!

We just got back from our first visit to Dreams Los Cabos and we had a great time! When we arrived we were quickly escorted to the preferred lounge for check in. No welcome drink but we were upgraded from PC Ocean view to PC Ocean front. We arrived about noon so our room wasn't ready yet. We grabbed lunch at the Seaside Grill and then changed and hung out at the pool. The main activity pool is very beautiful but it is deep, which I found strange for a family resort. Being only 5'2" made it challenging as I could only touch if I was on my tippy toes. We went back to the preferred lounge after 3 to get our room keys. Then we were instructed to go back to the concierge at the front to get our bags and head to our room. No 'Let us get your bags and show you to our room' or anything. But Josue, the concierge up front, was kind enough to grab our bags and show us to our room. No banner, doesn't matter, no bottle of wine or rum or tequila either, but we did get Pringles, peanuts, and candy bars! 🫤 The room itself was fine but the balcony was pretty amazing with a table and chairs, 2 lounge chairs and umbrella and a Jacuzzi that would hold almost 20 people. We saw whales every day! The food was fine, nothing really special. The buffet was very small and was only open for breakfast and lunch. The adult pool was not quite as deep as the main pool but it was very quiet so we spent most our time at the main pool. The highlight for us was the Entertainment team. Brian, Diane, Selene and Manuel worked their butts off to get everyone involved whether it was water volleyball, crazy games, food carving or music trivia, they went above and beyond. Isobel kept our cups full, Ernesto made the best cantaritos and Juventino, the security guard, always made sure our umbrella was blocking the sun. We did go down early to snag chairs but after the first day, there were always ones available. The resort itself seemed pretty empty. There weren't many kids, mainly very young ones. Middle schoolers and teenagers I think would be bored as the pool was so deep and wasn't much else for them to do. We did the advertised golf lesson, which was awesome, but we were surprised we were the only 2. The catamaran ride offered was already full so we opted for a luxury sunset sail instead, which was great. And the Art Walk with Diane from the Entertainment team was fantastic! I only wish we had had more time. We'll definitely go back to the area but maybe not at Dreams again.

Fantastic Family Vacation
We just spent a week at Dreams. We were there with our children and had a fantastic time. The resort was beautiful. We were able to see whales daily. The food was excellent and so was all of the staff. They were very accommodating, friendly and always willing to meet you with a smile. We would recommend it to anyone and would love to visit again some day. We loved meeting Selene and Diana on the entertainment staff. They were fantastic.

Great vacation at Dreams Los Cabo’s
My husband and I just returned from our first visit to Cabo Our stay at the Dreams was wonderful. Our room was good, the food was 4/5. The staff there were all amazing. Sat outside every morning for breakfast and watched the whales. Our only complaint was we had terrible service at the French restaurant. Adult pool is nice and quiet but definitely needs more umbrellas. Concierge Eliz went above and beyond for any information we needed, extremely happy when new pillows showed up at our room late in the evening. We meant so many nice people and had the most relaxing time. My husband can not say enough about his golfing experience,at both courses
