Location is very good..Atmosphere is flat...rooms are good and clean...value is good but not 5 star. Food is the same every day...average. The Spa is very good...modern and clean. They should have better sound equipment and music out doors, currently it is very poor in all areas. Entertainment should start earlier Staff are hard working, smart and friendly.

Overall hotel was great, staff were lovely. One issue was in sabor restaurant we had to wait to get in, once in got ignored, food wasn't great no choice for vegetarians . Had to wait long time to get sweet menu and they never came back to take order. we just left no sweet and still hungry. But that was the only problem everything else was great.

Perfect location
Brilliant hotel, perfect location. I would definitely visit again. Staff were wonderfully attentive. One tiny blip was the receptionist did not tell us all the perks of the premium, it took me 3 days to find out about the extras. I thought it was just pools. But once we knew it really was worth paying a bit more for the perks.

Great location, get what you see
Fantastic location on the marina, Great options with the a la carte menus though felt the buffet could be better (especially if you dont like seafood), pools were fantastic though only the beach bar was open throughout the day. Hotel is slightly dated in some areas. (Ive focused on the negatives, the positives are reflected on the information of the hotel accurately)

Holiday hotel in great location
A holiday hotel that operates a preferred guest system. Everyone eats in one large noisy buffet unless on full board on paying extra for speciality restaurant. Our front view suite was clean and spacious but was really two standard rooms converted into one . Beach - and beach bar were excellent. Can walk to central Playa Blanca one way or the Rubicon Marina the other way . Safe and pleasant area to visit . Good atmosphere.
