We had a wonderful stay at Dreams Lanzarote. The food was delicious, the views were beautiful, and there were plenty of enjoyable activities throughout the day. We especially loved the soap & beauty workshop organized by Antonella, Susan and Magdalena – it was a lovely and relaxing experience. Everything was very well and made our stay even more special. We would like to back very soon.

Hotel wasn't the experience we were hoping for, it is graded as a 5 star but would give it a 4 star. Hotel is dated and needs alot of investment to bring it up to 5 star status.

I will start with the positives. The hotel and rooms were spotless and well serviced. It’s in a great location on the promenade. The staff responded to my initial concerns when I arrived. By providing a mattress topper for the bed as the mattress was extremely hard. Swapping out beer and soft drinks for water in my mini bar. Changing rooms after night one was so noisy as I was given an adjoining room with a family on the other side of a door. The room was well serviced however and spotlessly cleaned and the addition of a smart tv and channels were welcome. Now the not so positives. Breakfast in the preferred dining room was really lacking in healthy food, just a very tiny area tucked away, I didn’t see it until my last morning. The food again in the preferred lounge consisted mostly of dry sandwiches and a few wraps and lots of sweet doughnuts etc. a bit disappointing. Sunbeds were hard and uncomfortable, I would expect padding of some sort for a 5 star resort. No waiter service around the pools. Spa was payable to use anything even the indoor pool. I would say it was 4 star not 5. If you are looking for a luxurious stay it doesn’t really deliver to that standard. I could have got a 4 star with similar standards for way less money. Sorry Dreams you just don’t hit the 5 star mark.

Relaxing Stay
We found our stay l relaxing and enjoyable! It was exactly as we expected. From the first to the last minute the staff were excellent with friendly and welcoming smile ! From James at the front desk. They were always helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. The food at all the restaurants was excellent, and we enjoyed our evenings with great entertainment! The hotel is located in a quiet location, If you you are looking to explore the the island, car hire is a must!

The hotel is very neat and tidy but it is not a 5 star. The rooms were excellent, bed very comfortable with a good night sleep, bathroom will appointed and plenty of hot water. The was a bit samey in the main buffet restaurant, but the speciality restaurants were pretty good. Really happy with the pool area and the small beach area. These were cleaned every day and the water quality in the pool was excellent. Location of the hotel is good as it is only a short walk to other restaurants and shopping if you want to make use of them. The weather was particularly good for February. Overall pretty good value for money and we would consider this hotel again for a short break
