Mar 29, 2026Not our greatest experience
We just returned from our trip to Dreams - we were very disappointed to find there was not beach for swimming in the ocean - you had to take a bus to a public beach if you wanted to go into the ocean. The food on the buffet was always cold and not a lot of selection. We ended up ordering room service three nights and found the food to be better and always hot. There is not a lot to do as the entertainment crew really cater to kids - so if you are travelling with children 12 and under, they will be entertained by the crew. The room was nice but the bedding always felt damp - this could be because of the humidity but we couldn't' seem to get our bed to feel dry. It is very difficult to find workers that speak english so communication we a big issue for us. If you are a smoker, don't go there because the resort is 100% smoke free even the balcoies.

Mar 24, 2026Relaxing Family Friendly Resort
This resort was well kept with modern vibes. It has a daily schedule of activities from water aerobics, cycling classes to art and painting activities. Do the bike tour with Evelin, it's a great free experience! The main pool was spacious and clean. During our stay large waves prevented the beach from being open which was not something we were aware would happen. It's about a 15 min walk to the beach. Rooms were large and cleaned regularly. Overall a good budget stay.

Fun, relaxing, and beautiful bedroom views
I had an amazing stay at this resort and can’t recommend it enough! The rooms were absolutely beautiful—spacious, spotless, and with stunning views that made the whole experience feel extra special. You can really tell they take pride in keeping everything clean and comfortable. The food was consistently good, and the drinks were excellent—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. They also have a decent gym, which was a great bonus for staying active during the trip. What truly made the stay unforgettable, though, was the service. Daniela and Sofia at the bar were incredible—so friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time, and their energy really elevated the whole experience. The entertainment team did great to, really good live music ! The only downside was that the pools close at 6 PM, which felt a bit too early, especially when you want to enjoy the evenings a little longer. Overall, a wonderful stay. I would definitely come back!

Amazing staff and wonderful hotel
The Hotel was amazing . The staff Yenny at the animation and gym was wonderful and made our trip more enjoyable . Jesus at the pool was the best all week .Osman the chef at the buffet made us a special meal that was excellent . Thx Dreams Team for making our vacation special.
