Great resort with different restaurant options. Food has room for improvement. The beach is great away from sales people.

The service was very good, Activities were super and entertainment very enjoyable. Mr Johnathan especially friendly, well organized person and professionally knowledgeable. Good job of all staff 🤗

wonderful family moments
The best experience if you're traveling with family and children. The staff always has a smile and provides excellent customer service. Nicole and Rafael, to name a few, make staying at the hotel wonderful. Without a doubt, it will always be my first choice when I return to my beautiful Cartagena.

Rooms were comfortable, food was good; however, service could have been better. Slow service and really forgetful at buffet and most restaurants. A lot of the staff do not speak English (bring a form of translation if you are booking here). Pool entertainment / service is great. Spa service was great. Moreover, Italian restaurant service was wonderful (only restaurant that requires reservation and dress code).

The resort is beautiful, however they need to maintain the maintenance. They ran out of wings and passion fruit cocktails everyday by noon. If you were lucky enough to order it, they gave you 2 wings and four fries everytime. They also turn the lights off in the lobby every night at 1 am without any warning, which was king of scary. They also need to provide more food for all of the cats walking around. They would stand up on your chair begging for food because they are so hungry.
