Dec 20, 2025Very rude staff AND dirty hotel.
I traveled alone, and I really think the staff is so unprofessional! They are rude and look like they don't want to be there. On top of that, the hotel is one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever seen before. There are cockroaches everywhere, alive and dead, small and large. I saw several cockroaches crawling and flying through my room. When I complained about this problem, the staff said it was normal since we are on an island. How come other hotels nearby do NOT have this problem? I don't understand how this hotel has not been shut down by the health authorities!

Amazing views from gym, beautiful sunsets & cocktails in Sunset Lounge. So much choice at breakfast in a beautiful setting. All staff were so pleasant & helpful. Hotel is kept to a high standard and the Christmas decorations were so beautiful. This was our 2nd visit and we will be going back next year The whole atmosphere is so relaxing and chilled vibes when there is violin/harpist/guitar players in the breakfast area and around the pool

Beautiful hotel with warm service
Beautiful hotel with an amazing pool to swim long laps around. The rooms were very comfortable, service very warm and the whole hotel was decorated so beautifully for Christmas. The breakfast is first class and the location to other restaurants / beaches / shops / activities is excellent. The outdoor gym is very well equipped and just stunning as it faces the sea with glorious sunsets each day, such a highlight of my stay. We agreed we’d definitely come back - thanks for an excellent week’s stay!

Amazing experience!
What can I say except WOW! Just came back from the most amazing week in this hotel with my parents. Everything was just spot on for us! The music at all point of the day was incredible, the views are to die for, the staff are sooo friendly and the food/drinks were great. We had the preferred club and the additions for this made the holiday even better. Thank you team for an incredible stay. I need to add that the effort on the Christmas decorations were greatly appreciated, fabulous.

Very good hotel
Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, fantastic outdoor gym I used every day, good food especially at the Italian restaurant (recommend the pizza) at a very reasonable price. Overall a very pleasant stay for us nothing to criticize and would definitely stay here again
