Lovely stay
Lovely romantic boutique feel hotel, the staff were exceptional, the hotel was very clean. We stayed in room 036 preferred club junior suite with sea view. The balcony was quite sheltered and right overlooking the walkway. The room was spacious. We got complimentary alcohol and nibbles from 1330 hrs, however we also love to go out to the bars in adeje so although we used this to make the most of it, I wouldn’t pay for it again. The area where you have your drinks is quiet and no music. The staff are so friendly and helpful-they cannot do enough for you! Fantastic stay but sadly we didn’t use the hotels amenities.

Overall, we had a nice stay, with some issues.
Overall, we had a nice stay; however, a number of smaller issues added up and left us feeling slightly underwhelmed. Room and privately owned rooms: We were upgraded on arrival to a sea-facing suite. Interestingly, I couldn’t find this room listed on the hotel’s website, which makes me think it may primarily be used to manage overspill rather than being marketed directly—this might explain some of its shortcomings. While the room itself was very spacious, it felt tiered and somewhat bland. The shower was particularly disappointing: the main fixture was poor, and we ended up using the smaller handheld shower, which didn’t feel very premium. There was also no Bluetooth speaker, which is fairly standard in hotels of this level. Another downside was the Beach Club directly in front of the hotel, which plays music from 12:00 to 22:00. If you’re hoping for a quiet afternoon relaxing on the balcony, this may not be ideal. We also discovered that many of the surrounding rooms are privately owned and managed. This became apparent on our second day when drilling began two doors down. After raising it with reception (who genuinely seemed unaware and somewhat uncomfortable discussing the privately owned rooms), we contacted guest relations. They offered us a room change, but we decided to stay put, hoping the disruption had passed. To their credit, they handled the situation well and offered us a complimentary meal with drinks at the buffet. The oddity of the Preferred Club: We paid over €330 per day for the Preferred Club, which promises a range of additional benefits. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection and a lovely outdoor seating area. Cooked-to-order items like eggs and pancakes were available, which was great—but there was no menu. It wasn’t until day six that I noticed someone with avocado on toast, which I would have ordered had I known it was an option. A simple printed menu would make a big difference. The Preferred Club also includes a reserved sunbed area, but the setup felt a bit strange. It’s located next to the Sunset Bar but accessed through a private gate. If you took drinks from the bar into the reserved area, they were served in plastic glasses and not proper glass for no clear reason, especially as it’s not near a pool. There was also no waiter service, which is something we’ve experienced at other hotels with similar offerings—and what should help distinguish a “Preferred” experience. One day, my wife exchanged our pool towels and was given brown ones instead of the usual orange, which didn’t seem significant at the time. The next day, while in the Preferred sunbed area, a staff member questioned us and checked our room number, as we weren’t showing on his list. He was close to asking us to leave until my wife showed our keycard. We were then given yellow towels and our brown ones were taken away. It appears towel colour is used to identify guests, but the situation felt unnecessarily awkward and slightly uncomfortable. As others have mentioned, the sunbeds are placed very close together, which reduces comfort. Many guests also reserve the best spots early with towels, and we didn’t see any signage or staff intervention to discourage this. Atmosphere and entertainment: Another negative for us was the music. While we appreciate live musicians, the song choices were consistently quite slow and, at times, rather sombre. This extended to the background music throughout the day, which mainly consisted of instrumental 80s and 90s covers that didn’t create a particularly uplifting atmosphere. Overall To be clear, this is a visually beautiful hotel with a well-designed layout. Despite being full, it never felt overcrowded thanks to the variety of spaces available. The staff were also consistently friendly and accommodating. However, for all the polished marketing around the Preferred Club, the reality didn’t quite match expectations. Aside from some complimentary food and drinks in the afternoon and access to a separate sunbathing area, the experience didn’t feel especially premium—particularly given the cost. For us personally, it’s not somewhere we would not return.

Hotel needs improvement
Just returned from staying at Dreams jarden hotel. Unfortunately wheather wasn't good. Food lovely, plenty of choice. Staff great, nice hotel. Hotel good do with improving some areas. All rooms need heating and blackets in rooms. Tea and coffee should have machines in all rooms. Entertainment could improve maybe having artists performing in the evenings fir guests.
