we are currently staying here - 4 adults and a 2 year old. we booked last minute and are in rooms on the 7th floor . Everything is great !! the staff are lovely , breakfast fantastic , location great and everywhere beth clean . we would highly recommend the hotel The Carsons and the Maccio's

I would never recommend this hotel to my family or friends. Looks are perceptive. Service is terrible. The room I was first offered was like a cave. No light and definitely no chance of sunshine at any time of the day. Second room had light but no sunshine at any point of the day.

If food / service is a big part of your stay this is not the hotel for you ! As the food is shocking . Breakfast acceptable Reported a few bad issues with our room and a wardrobe door which fell off . Not a 5 star hotel & not worth the money . But this now seems to be the normal standard in Tenerife

This hotel is excellent and we would have no hesitation in recommending to others. The food options on offer I feel cover most of the clients who visit the hotel. As an example in the world cafe the Wok chef(who is like an artist with his creativity), the Trattoria, charcoal grilled meats and the tapas restaurants within the hotel to choose from. All the staff are friendly and helpful and enjoy providing a service

Very rude staff AND dirty hotel.
I traveled alone, and I really think the staff is so unprofessional! They are rude and look like they don't want to be there. On top of that, the hotel is one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever seen before. There are cockroaches everywhere, alive and dead, small and large. I saw several cockroaches crawling and flying through my room. When I complained about this problem, the staff said it was normal since we are on an island. How come other hotels nearby do NOT have this problem? I don't understand how this hotel has not been shut down by the health authorities!
