Beautiful hotel
Beautiful hotel we can't really fault anything. Great location. Lovely room and clean. Lovely foods, we only had breakfast. We went out every night to different restaurants. There is plenty of bars ,restaurants within walking distance. Local buses only few mins down the road. Staff friendly and helpful. Lovely swimming pool and plenty of sunbeds no rush to put your towels down but some still do. It's a beautiful hotel and we definitely recommend it to our family and friends. It was a fantastic holiday.

Disappointed, try elsewhere.
Booked a junior suite for a larger space and half board. Pulled up in a hire car, they wouldn't let me in the car park barrier until I went into reception to buy a weeks parking pass, so I left the car by the taxi space and went into check in and buy a parking pass, after 5 mins the same door staff co.e up to reception asked for my keys and said I will park your car in the car park as its in the way, why didnt he just let me go into the car park in the first place, not 4 star service. I asked on reception how long rooms and how full is it, 490 rooms 90% full, i asked for a quiet room, the receptionist checks in hundreds of customers a week she had a hotel layout map where she wrote upside down where things were, which was pointless, if I tried asking a question she got annoyed, let me finish then ask questions was here reply, not 4 star service at all. We got a big room at the back mountain side 604 Theres one left small window and a glass balcony door, the curtain was closed over the window if you open it theres no blind, next doors balcony looks in this window so we kept the curtain closed all week which darkens the room with its brown ceiling. Big comfy bed was as expected. Pillows have rental zip covers, one night a zip cut my shoulder when rolling over, pillows shouldn't have big zips as you put your face/eyes on them. Nice TV 100 channels but not sport. Bath 5' external 4' internal which saves money on water i guess. Twin sink unit partially behind a door at the cost of an 18" bit of waste pipe the unit should of been way left. No soft close toilet seat or lid. Long black hair on the 3 shower walls and behind the sink. Plastic on the floor under the sink unit. Dead large insect on the outer bathroom door frame gone mouldy. 3 dirt marks on the wall left of the TV. Wood splintered off the desk chair. The USB wall chargers are a complete waste of time, 6% charge added to my phone over night but they was plugs ok. It rained some nights, when you went out onto the balcony it was a puddle the water doesn't run off out the drain hole, so you walk water across the bedroom. Hundreds of sunbeds packed in like sardines no private areas. No outside jacuzzi only in the underground paid spa rooms. I had 3 massages in the spa, the staff were excellent and the massage tip top, well done. I did notice the jacuzzi were empty of water not used in rooms, you want a jacuzzi outside in the fresh air not in an office room. Restaurant First night I asked for the wine menu I was given an ipad with a world map, everything I picked a wine ie Argentinian Malbec or a NZ pinot noir etc I was told no sorry we dont have them, sorry we only have Spanish wines ok let's try one. None of the service staff smile just look like they dont want to be there. Im chatting to the Belgium couple too our right we are still eating but a younger male staff tries to take his plate away twice mid conversation, its not professional. While still drinking the first glass of wine the girl comes over for payment of the bottle of wine while we are eating our main course, you dont pay for your drinks until the end of your meal, its not professional. Third night I asked the drinks staff I didnt like that Spanish red do you have any other wines, o yes we have an Argentinian malbec etc why we're we told there was only Spanish reds ? So I ordered the Malbec and again they came for payment mid meal. Food was good and the deserts were excellent. The restaurant manager needs to retrain the staff, some never smiled, some just dont want to be at work, the guy on the stir fry needs energy, the young Spanish girl serving the drinks needs to smile she has an attitude. As the buffet is served over many rooms and seating is spread over 6 areas the staff look lost at times. It became the joke as the week went by why call this hotel DREAMS its a 3 star hotel trying to be 4 star to charge over the top prices. Theres no sea view from most of the hotel unless you go to the 3rd floor gym or sunset bar. No beach or sunbathing by the sea at this hotel, but there is a beach 500m south or 700m north. Two SOS gardening staff smoke cannabis in the car park, not acceptable. The towels are the thinnest hard cheap rentals, just not good enough at a 4 star. No available free parking near this place. I did see 2 homeless guys sleeping on benches 150 away drinking cans. We had a lively mountain view from the tiny balcony which gets the morning sun from 9-12am, but we also had vans and lorries delivering to the back of the hotel from 8-12 under the balcony, certainly not DREAMS. Ive staying in hundreds of hotels, apartments, villas around the world, i try to be fair on reviews. This place is overpriced, we paid £2950 for a week, its a £1500 -1800 hotel, i wouldn't go back when there is so much choice nearby. My advice at this pricepoint would be to look 1-2 miles north where the hotels back onto the beach, its a quieter more upmarket area, quality shops and more parking. This hotel needs running better. Top tip Hire a car for 70euros a week from the airport so you can go and see the lovely countryside. As they charge 55 euro each way to and from the airport.

Family holdiay
Lovely hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very pretty and clean. Particularly like the sunset bar and the hotel gym which is situated on the roof top - great place to work out. The pool is also really nice, heated at this time of year, so great for an early morning swim. Second time at this hotel and we will definitely go back.

Decent 4 star but crowded pool
I’ll start this by saying it’s a good 4 star hotel. Pros- good breakfast, nice rooms, nice seating, lovely bars- sunset and lava, reasonably priced food and drink, good choice on lunch menu, pleasant staff. Lots of subtle live music. Good location in Adeje. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. Cons- it’s big and therefore busy. You had to place towels out by 9/9.30 otherwise you had no chance. I did see staff on one day remove towels at 12 but if you arrived at 10 you were sat on concrete. It feels very crowded and you are very close to the people next to you. I’d dread to think how busy it would be in the summer holidays! There is no pool drink service and I think they are missing huge revenue by not offering this. Doesn’t seem a lot to keep little ones occupied. The pool for them is tiny. This trip was last minute and not our main holiday this year. If we were to return to Tenerife I’d opt for a 5 star further up the coast where it felt less crowded. The sunbed situation sadly would deter a return visit for us.
