Great hotel but the rooms need improvement
We first visited the hotel in 2024 and had a great holiday and really enjoyed the hotel. So there was no hesitation in booking for 2025. However our experience was definitely not as good as the previous visit. The positives of our holiday - the warm welcome when we arrived - the breakfast choice and food (although it is understaffed and chaotic when busy) - the sunset bar. Always a great way to finish the afternoon looking over the water with a cocktail and nice music - the nice gestures to recognise my birthday and welcome us as returning guests - most importantly the staff are amazing The negatives - the room, although similar to our last visit, was really disappointing in its maintenance. Specifically, patio doors that were broken with a makeshift repair. Doors were difficult to open/ close. TV bracket broken so TV largely faced the floor! Wardrobe door broken and off the runner. The panel on bathroom door was hanging off (later fixed). Mould around the sealant in the shower. Aircon was awful and never kept the room at an ambient temperature and we never had a decent. nights sleep! Bedsheets that have seen better days! - we also had a poor experience in the bar where we struggled to find a seat. Having eventually found one we gave up after 20mins after being unable to get a drink - bar staff were constantly busy and waiters never came near us! We would love to come back to the hotel but would need a big dose of reassurance that the room was of a better standard. However full marks to the staff who make your holiday great. Despite the room we found most of the hotel pleasant and loved the sunset bar. So signing off on a positive note.

really good overall...breakfast service could be improved !!
Overall a great hotel...it is very clean and again overall the staff are excellent, very helpful and efficient The breakfast in the hotel main buffet was not the best experience.....the food is great...super range and choices and quality is excellent but the service at breakfast was mainly chaotic to say the least....they are certainly understaffed at various times during the morning...I appreciate that it is difficulty during really busy times but that is how i found it in the evening the service was much better...and important to note that service throughout the hotel apart form breakfast was excellent great location great range of restaurants over and above the buffet. Our room was lovely and with a great view...although if booking a sea view try and ask the hotel for floors 7, 8 or 9 as floor six is not as high as you imagine...reception is on floor 5 and view form six is good but a room on 7 or 8 would have a better view

Nice hotel in some respects
First impressions were good as check in very easy and quick. Seaview room? Pool view at best even though we paid extra. The room was quiet though as was the hotel. Pool area is very small and I’d describe the beds situation as “ John West “ Sardines. You are literally on top of your neighbour. First day or two was pleasant and then .. howling, wailing “ Muzak!!” all day. How anyone can think that this will enhance your experience defeats me. The food was ok if a bit lukewarm and I certainly wouldn’t be queuing up for more. All in all, not bad, but couldn’t recommend. Thanks.

Heaven in Tenerife
We really enjoyed it! the hotel is beautiful and close to everything you need. Rooms are big and clean and there are a lot to do. The extra charge for the preffered club worth it, as you get a special place for breakfast and a place to see the sunset. If I will be back to Tenerife again I will come back to this hotel for sure.

New Year Luxery
Excellent place to stay. Lovely smell to the place as soon as you walk into reception. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Soap and body wash provided, lovely smell. Variety of different restaurants on site. Good day time snack bars. Booked preferred club, which gave excellent service and access to privileged areas. Drinks, cocktails and food excellent. Only downside is there are a lot of steps if you struggle, but there are lifts.
