  Outstanding..Our new favourite hotel !!

  It was myself and my daughters first time to Tenerife..we landed off the plane and she was so excited to see palm trees and feel the heat at night ! We struggled to find our desk where our shared shuttle bus was ..eventually we found it , other people also struggled to find it ! .Anyways we were told where to go and we ran out..the bus was still in the dock but the lady refused to open the door even after I pointed at my child..it was almost 8pm ..she drove off but not after stopping to chat to a colleague! We had to wait another hour and a half..not a good start to our highly anticipated holiday .. however when we arrived at Dreams Jardin the holiday began! ..my heavy bag was taken off me , was handed a cava and a juice and was greeted by a most delightful woman by the name of Cusel. She was amazing.. she knew we were hungry and the buffet was closing ..she told us ho eat and relax and come back to finish checking in ..when we came back she amazingly upgraded our room ,which we were absolutely thrilled about and meant a lot to me. Our room was fab .Had absolutely everything you could possibly need . Melissa cleaned our room every day and even folded my child's clothes . The hotel and grounds are magical .. the breakfast by the pool is so relaxing and all the staff in the morning were so friendly, fresh coffee and big selection to choose from . We really did chill out and had an amazing time ..we had our little routine down ... swimming in the pool during the day then evening dinner In one if the restaurants ..please order the Aurora dessert in trattoria was delicious!! ... then we would have a cocktail and mocktail and would sit on the bar terrace for some lovely musical entertainment..my daughter physically cried on our last night and as we landed back into rainy Ireland she begged if we can return to Dreams Jardin again ..so hopefully we will return in September for her birthday..This place is so special 🙏 ❤️ and has real unique character and the heart of a 5 star .. cant wait to return !   Beautiful relaxing holiday at Dreams

  This hotel is beautiful. It has a lovely swimming pool and beautiful flowers surrounding it. The sunset bar is absolutely stunning! The staff are all very good and work very hard to look after you. The food is very good. We had all inclusive and the World buffet had plenty of choice for everyone. We went to the Italian restaurant which was very good and also the Coco Wrap and the restaurants by the pool. All were very good. Different musicians played every day and evening and they were all very talented. It was a very relaxing holiday, which is just what we wanted. We walked along the sea front every day and you can walk to Americas. There are lots of nice shops. The only little criticism we had was that the room was a little tired and the bathroom needed a refurb. Having said that, it was spotlessly clean and all the great things definitely outweighed that. It was a fantastic holiday!

  Lovely but a couple of issues

  Its a beautiful large hotel with lush gardens,we had gorgeous weather for Feb which was great .Our check in was handled by Fabian who is a huge asset to the hotel . The buffet breakfast was great also the onsite restaraunts . The room was very clean and spacious and the music was lovely during the day ,especially around the Barefoot grill. The downside would have to be all the steps outside ,not suitable for disabled and young children running in around the buffet area ,dangerous . We were preferred club which was all good except for the poor serve yourself breakfast so we used the breakfast buffet instead . All in all a good rest for us but not sure we would return unless it was adults only .

  A gem of a hotel.

  Just back from this very pretty hotel. The staff were very helpful and made our anniversary stay very special The restaurants are very good. Love the Sunset bar. When the pool area was busy we were able to use the beach club at the front. Any problems with room etc was seen to straight away. The hotel architecture looks so much better than the high rise modern bland hotels.

  Noise pollution

  This hotel isn’t the worst I’ve stayed at but isn’t the best either. The reception staff / Baggage staff are friendly and attentive and gave us a drink upon arrival which made us feel very welcome. We were upgraded to a junior suite and with it being a birthday trip I had high expectations. The rooms are very tired & cold looking with minimal furniture. The cleaning staff are friendly but I couldn’t help but feel that the room wasn’t clean to the highest of standards. Our room faced the road out the front of the hotel and like other reviews the noise pollution is the worst I’ve ever experienced. We was woken every night at 2am with the bins being emptied then every hour after that was another bang / car slam / truck reverse & people taking very loud. I think I got no more than 4hr a night sleep which is disappointing because I was looking forward to a rest. The evening buffet cost circa 80 euro and we were very disappointed, the food looked and tasted like it had been sat around for ages & some of the staff handling the food was coughing without covering their mouth, it wasn’t worth the money. However, the morning buffet was good with decent quality (this was included in the stay). The hotels gym was good and I liked that it overlooked the ocean it was nice to exercise to that view. I give this hotel 3 stars for my stay purely based off the evening buffet, the tired looking rooms & the noise pollution. I don’t think I’d stay again
