    Great hotel and wonderful stay

Wonderful stay at a hotel which is full of amazing facilities. It was an icing on the cake to listen to all the wonderful musicians with the violinist playing by the pool as our favourite. The breakfast is superb with numerous serving stations avoiding the usual congestion. There were freshly made pancakes and omelettes to order and everything you could imagine was there for you at breakfast. The room was great albeit the view less so but it’s not something we paid extra for, but nice that there is a complimentary room on check out day. The pool itself was great, no fight for subbed as there are plenty and the pool is probably the deepest and best we’ve had with a children’s pool for those who needed a shallow one. We visited the spa which was great and definitley worth an early visit. My son in particular loved the gym which was open air overlooking the coast with a wide assortment of equipment, running, cycle machines, weight machines and free weights. The location is superb with loads of supermarkets, subway and restaurants located near by. It’s a very accessible hotel for those who had mobility issues too. Very friendly staff and seating areas are great in loads of different places to sit and complimentary table tennis and chargeable pool tables. Had a lovely time with my oldest son and husband and it is definitely one that I would recommend to anyone.

    Delightful dreams getaway

Dreams Hotel, what can I say.. 3 words Fantastic, relaxing and quality Prosecco on arrival and quick and easy check in our room was ready with in half an hour. No towel and sun loungers hogging from 6am here unlike other places still at 9am easy to find a bed and if there was odd ones the pool team would find you empty beds and set you up with out any issues. Pool bars for lunch where great no issue there. The rooms are beautifully designed and my bed was so comfy, pillows where a dream - i slept liked a baby! Buffet - breakfast had everything to satisfy your belly and set you up for the day. Dinner, we ate at the buffet again really nice tried the Italian and again lovely. Staff were friendly, only thing I would say is make it clear if you have ordering rules at the bar / terrace but other than that my stay was wonderful and I certainly will be coming back. Thanx dreams for a great vacation ✌🏼

Absolutely appalling experience — avoid Jardin Tropical at all costs!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is nothing short of a scam disguised as a “luxury resort.” From start to finish, our stay was riddled with disappointment, but the final straw was beyond unforgivable. On our last day, the cleaner blatantly STOLE money from our room — cash left on the bed, gone without a trace after housekeeping had been in. It wasn’t "misplaced," it wasn’t "lost" — it was stolen. When we reported it to management, they treated us like we were the problem, offering no solution, no investigation, not even an apology. Disgraceful. How can a place like this operate when they clearly have thieves working for them and management who couldn’t care less about their guests’ wellbeing? You pay premium prices expecting basic honesty and security, and instead, you get robbed in broad daylight. Frankly, the entire resort is overrated, tired, and clearly mismanaged. Shoddy customer service, incompetent staff, and now, proven theft. It completely ruined what should’ve been a stress-free holiday. Avoid Jardin Tropical like the plague. There are FAR better places to spend your money than a resort that lets its staff rob guests and does absolutely nothing about it. Total disgrace.

Money stolen… do not stay here

Do not stay here if you want your money stolen and nothing done about it. It was our last full day and we’d told the cleaners not once but twice that we didn’t want a clean today as we were going to be in and out. We went out to the golden mile and when we got back our room had been cleaned even though we had said no clean for the day. We’d left around €80 on the bed ready to be used for the night. The €80 were no longer on the bed. Our first thought was maybe we didn’t put them on the bed and we searched the room top to bottom flipped everything over looked in every drawer and couldn’t find it anywhere. We’d come to the conclusion that one of the cleaners had taken it. I went out and found one of the cleaners and she was shocked to hear that it had been taken and told us to contact reception. I called reception and was told that the reason the money had been taken is because it wasn’t in the safe. Granted we shouldn’t have left it out of the safe but we specifically said no cleaners and they came anyway. And it what world is it right to steal money just because it’s not in a safe? That doesn’t make it okay. I hung up the phone and searched the room again and couldn’t find it. Went downstairs to reception and spoke to the guest relations team who again told us it was our fault for leaving it on the bed and the cleaner must have mistaken it for a tip. Again… in what world would two 21 year olds have the facilities to leave an €80 tip for a cleaner. Of course we’re appreciative and will always leave behind €10 or something but €80?! Anyway we were told to go to the police station (knowing full well they would not do anything because a) we’re not from Spain and 2) we go home tomorrow). She told me she would speak to the housekeeping manager who had conveniently gone home for the day. We decided to just let it go for the evening and enjoy our last night as there was clearly going to be nothing done. The next morning we packed up and went downstairs to get a taxi for the airport and just as we were taking our suitcases outside for me to stand with them while my partner checked out. We were chased out by staff member Fabio telling us that we had a charge on the room. My partner went back in with no problems to pay the bill and we were told they were calling security on us!! Absolutely unbelievable. Will never ever be coming back here again and will tell everyone that I know to never come here. Moral of the story I suppose is trust absolutely nobody. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!

    A slice of heaven

Lovely hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice bars and restaurants with a good choice of food and drinks. Super clean and highly maintained. Quality live music especially the violinist that played by the pool was a very pleasant addition to our holiday. Very chilled atmosphere with attentive staff. Highly recommend and will stay again
