    Beautiful Getaway!

Great experience in March 2026 for 1 week! The resort is about 30 minutes from the airport. I stayed on the family side, even though we were a couple. We much preferred this side for the upbeat vibrant atmosphere. I felt that the beach is better on this side as well, as the preferred side was much more rocky and always had more seaweed. Overall the seaweed came and went, but the staff were so good at keeping on top of it. Our room was in building one facing the pool. Great location, well allocated room, clean and large. The towel game is so real, let me tell you - get out at 6:00 am! The pool played music starting around 11:00 am each day when the activities started. The activities were a lot of fun and the entertainment staff was amazing! There was activities on the beach and all around the pool. Special shout out to Antonio (Toni), Saul (always on the winning team!), and David!! The bar staff at the pool (not the swim up bar, but the one on the back side of it) were fantastic as well! Thank you Fernando and Abdias, our favorite bartenders. (Oh, and Rony for the background work). The restaurants were all great, but the Japanese and the Italian were our favorites. We didn't wait in line to get a table for the hibachi show in the Japanese restaurant, just not worth the wait in my opinion. All of the evening entertainment was excellent as well. So much to do, or do nothing at all if you like. There were a lot of weddings taking place during the week we were there. I think that's everything. I hope this helps. I would recommend!

    Great Family Vacation

We went to Dreams as a family of four, our kids are ages 15 and 12. We had a great time at Dreams and would definitely return. The food was pretty good at all the places we ate. Luis put on a great show at the Teppenyaki table. To get a reservation for that show I would suggest to go at 4:00 pm to get a spot in the line. We spent the majority of our time in the pool which was great!! Misuel worked so hard at the swim up bar making drinks and did it all with a smile on his face. I will say that the pool lounger game is very annoying. I’m on vacation and don’t want to feel like I have to rush down to snag a seat but it seems like that’s how it done there. Jesus at the Carnival Buffet was also super friendly and we were lucky enough to have him for a few days of our trip. This hotel also always has some kind of entertainment happening. There is a lot of live music around the resort and the evening shows are entertaining. Our kids made some friends and we felt comfortable with them walking around the resort together in the evening. I will say that if you are a beach person and that is super important to you then this may not be the hotel for you. The sargassum was pretty bad when we were there which is no fault of the hotel. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel! The food and drinks are good and the staff are super friendly and hard working as well!

Spice - Luis Fun and funny! The service was entertaining, engaging and professional. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. The commentary was especially appropriate for the diverse group at our table.
