Escape to Mexico
We had a great time. We were most impressed with the quality of the meals and the cleanliness of the property. We also enjoyed the view of the ocean and pool area from our balcony. Beds were comfortable. Staff were always ready to help and friendly. We will definitely consider Dreams for our next all inclusive vacation.

Great resort
The resort was clean and beautiful with spectacular views of the ocean. The service was good and the staff was very attentive. The food was great. The Preferred pool was delightful. The beach was clean and the water was beautiful. The roof top sports area was fun but the pickleball court needed a little TLC. I would come back and I would highly recommend this resort.

First timers at Dreams Jade
The one thing that I have come to realize from my years of traveling as an adult is that it is the STAFF that really make or break your vacation, this is especially true at All-Inclusive Resorts. I’ve been a regular at Dreams Sapphire for 9 years and this was my first trip to Dreams Jade. The one thing they have in common is the service from the staff. 5 STAR SERVICE from every staff member. From the housekeeping staff to the bartenders to the friendly food servers, everyone was wonderful. Even the bellman, Marco, was fantastic (even though he heckled us for being Buffalo Bills fans haha). I’m going start with my only complaint – the food. I’d give it a 7 out of 10 overall. Spice (hibachi) – FANTASTIC SHOW. The fried rice was amazing. The chicken was good, steak was pretty fatty so I didn’t eat much of it. But dang, that show was outstanding. Haven’t laughed that hard in a while. 9/10 Spice (sushi/Asian) – Again that rice is soooo good. Oh and they have fried ice cream! I highly recommend this restaurant. 9/10 Mercure – this is usually my favorite at an all-inclusive resort but this was missed all the marks. The food was terrible. The service wasn’t great. The dress code is a joke. We tried it TWICE for dinner and it still disappointed. The second time we ate there, they allowed a male in to eat with swim shorts, a tank top, and flip flops on. Unacceptable. Even breakfast was terrible. 0/10 Cin Cin – one of my favorites! The food was fantastic and our service was too. 10/10 Capers – also one of my favorites. We ate there 3 times lol 10/10 Carnival International Buffet – It’s small but it does the job. Long wait times for eggs in the morning. Geyler was our absolute favorite server in the buffet! He always had a huge smile on his face! Thank you for always taking good care of us! 8/10 We didn’t eat at Tamarindo but I heard people loved it. Now to the rest: We checked in on October 27th. We were using our friend’s UVC membership which automatically gives us preferred status so with a fresh glass of champagne and a cooling face towel we were whisked away to the Preferred Lounge. Our room was not ready yet, which we were prepared for so it’s never an issue for us. We went to grab some food from the buffet, walked around the resort to get a feel for it and to learn where everything was. Our room was in building 5, had a nice partial view of the ocean and of the main pool. Building 5 is right in the middle of everything so it’s ideal. We went back to the preferred lounge and that’s when he met Ross <3 I’m not sure what we would have done without him but I assure you it wouldn’t have been as amazing of a trip. This man deserves a raise because he was always helping out guests (not just us), we saw him every single day, he would check in after every meal to make sure we were happy and if we weren’t, he did everything in his power to make us happy. On day two I believe, we decided we wanted to upgrade our room, so Ross got right on it and had a room for us in building 8 by the end of the day. We were travelling for our 5 year wedding anniversary and Ross came and decorated our room with balloons and flowers. I can’t say enough how much of an asset Ross is to this resort!! The resort is BEAUTIFUL!! I found myself wondering around looking at all the lovely plants and wildlife. The pools are wonderful! I love the infinity pools at both the preferred area and the main pool. The hammocks are also an awesome idea. The beach is small and slightly rocky. It was too rough for me to get in but there were many who were swimming daily. We did a massage day at the spa and that was fantastic! Highly recommend. Get involved with the entertainment (daily and nightly) as the entertainment staff are super fun! We played bingo by the preferred pool. All in all this was a wonderful vacation and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Again, thank you so much Ross for truly making our vacation one to remember. We will see you soon!

Impressive service with a smile all around
5 star service from every staff member that was encountered- From the housekeeping staff to the pool team to our friendly food servers, this hotel knows what to look for when hiring new team members. I appreciate the attention to detail with birthdays, anniversaries and even if you're here for just vacation fun, the hotel will make sure you are taking care of and make you feel special. The smiles and friendly greetings happen often and daily, making for a warm stay that happens as soon as you arrive to the minute you depart. From excellent bellman service by Marco, to amazing Hibachi skills by Miguel, and the handful of housekeeping staff we encountered (sorry forgot the names of all) we felt that this was a hotel that we can Absolutely recommend to family and friends for their trips to Cancun. Make sure to tip for good service at the pools/bars, and especially If you get the preferred lounge access, please remember to take care of the bartenders in their who make very very strong drinks for your delight. Food would rating i would give a general score of 7/10, being an all inclusive, some restaurants had better options than others and not all equally as tasty. Top 2 favs would be Spice & Mecure. [Our experience at the Hibachi restaurant, Spice improved the score from 6/10 to 7/10]. Room service was limited and had no desert/treat options all 5 nights we stayed, which was a downer for me and the wife who have a sweet tooth late at night. The room i would give a 9/10, we stayed in 8311, best view and close to the pool entrance, prefered lounge. Housekeeping, I will mention again because they did an amazing job each day... Last note I'll mention, make sure to bring your sundries, as the gift shop is highly overpriced for all basic necessities, and you will regret forgetting things like sunscreen and Tylenol. Enjoy your vacation!
