Beautiful location Family, happy atmosphere Rooms adequate Value underwhelming for premium paid Cleanliness standards met No issues with noise Overall service was great but obvious the staff had limitations in what they could offer Amenities average We had however, excellent service, especially from Fabian Santiago, Cristina and Genaro (not sure of their last names)

Dani, Bent, Gaby and Melissa were great care providers for our girls while on vacation. I very much appreciated having them as part of our family vacation.

Beautiful Dreams Huatulco Resort!
We loved our 10-night stay at Dreams Huatulco. The restaurants have delicious food along with excellent service. The pools are beautiful and the beach is gorgeous and the ocean warm and clear for swimming. We are booked for another 10 nights in November!

Dreams was a great experience for my wife and I and we will probably go back at some point. It’s situated in a beautiful area. There are some shops across the street or take a 100 peso cab into town for a better shopping experience. Like every hotel they will try to upsell you on their Vacation club, a spa, dinner on the beach, etc. If you are into that great. We just wanted to relax and do our own thing and spent too much time avoiding the concierges because we didn’t want anything to do with it. However the staff does do a great job answering any questions you may have or providing help when needed.
