Dec 25, 2025A fantastic family resort and vacation getaway!
The hotel and surrounding property is beautiful. We love all the options for the pools and my teenage son & I really enjoyed the waterslides and lazy river. I am also Celiac and the staff took such great care to make sure I can dine safely with my entire family, at the buffet and the restaurants, which meant a lot so I could relax and enjoy the holiday. A special thank you to Sandra at the omelette station in the buffet - she made me delicious egg omelettes with nopales, yum!!

If your thinking of coming to this resort, please read this before you book. We were so excited for this resort. We spent a lot of our hard earned money to come here. We did the preferred club with a swim out. Never had that before. Well let me tell you don't waste your money, the swim out was ice cold, couldn't even enjoy it. The rooms aren't that great for what you pay. All these extra's they include, not worth it. If you want top shelf premium liquor you need to be preferred. You are far away from everything, there is nothing around you. If you need something you have to go to the gift shop, where everything is very expensive! There are no shuttles to take you anywhere. You either have to do a tour or hire a taxi. Now for the resort. We spent a lot of time at the pool, which were pretty cold too. There was a warmer pool, but that was pretty busy. The one day we were there. there were a bunch of intoxicated people, one puked in the pool, then passed out on the lounger. What does the waiters do? They continue to serve them!???? Horrible, we left because I really don't want to see this. They were supposedly having sex in the hot tub too. We did complain, but that fell on deaf ears. One member of our group did go to someone in charge and complained about everything. The food was good. Now would I come back to this resort, absolutely not. This is my second time in Mazatlan, the first time we went we did the Rui and trust me when we come back that's where I'll be going. Like I said we spent a lot to come to this resort.

Felix Navidad!
We had an incredible experience at this resort from start to finish. Amazing golf course, perfect sandy beaches. Great was to spend Christmas. 🎄 The staff is truly exceptional—they seem to hire people who genuinely care about the guests. A huge thank you to Sandra at the omelette station; her kindness and daily check-ins made our mornings so special. It’s rare to find such a perfect mix of great food and heartfelt service.

I recommend Guillermo and his crepes they were the best out of the trip. If you come here you need to try it out he is very friendly.

Great vacation.
Great vaction all was very good we'll see again in March with the rest of the family. The pools were great and the bar at and the service keep up the great work.
