An unknown person was able to gain entry into our room. With a key, they stole money from the safe. the hotel manager did nothing about it. Other than repeatedly tell us it didn't happen.

Nov 22, 2025First time holiday with baby - great resort
We stayed in Dreams Corfu with our 5 month old baby, having picked it as an easy and treat holiday abroad for our first family holiday. The reviews we saw said it was a family friendly location, and they weren’t wrong; the venue and staff were great for our family. It was also our anniversary, and mentioning this to TUI during the booking process and it was nice to greeted with a few goodies in the room on arrival too. Few more detailed comment below. Pros. All restaurants and bars had great selection of snacks (nachos, pizza, sandwiches and baguettes) and all inclusive drinks (beer, wines, cocktails, mocktails, soft drinks and hot drinks). Most of the staff were top notch and couldn’t do more to be helpful. Loads of seating and sun loungers (but we have gone out of school holiday season). We thought the only heated pool was the Preferred Club but the Infinitey Pool was heated too, perfect temperature for babies. Great user friendly app for all hotel info and services. The boat ride to Corfu Town was fantastic, would recommend. Cons. The venue was nearly perfect, but our building happened to have only stepped access which meant daily pram lifting up and down stairs (not even just a couple of steps, but a flight of stairs). On our last day the elevator was out of order too which meant several flights of stairs. Nothing against the hotel policy, but there were many smokers around the pools and outdoor restaurants. We take for granted UK being mostly non-smoking now-a-days. We always had somewhere to move to out the way though. The baby/kids pool was freezing cold. We could never work out why the Infinity Pool wasn’t better advertised as “the family” pool instead. Some staff were slow to acknowledge your presence at bars and restaurants. Witnessed a few of them scrolling on their phones, not very 5* service. Our last day felt rushed. Check out was 12-noon and our transfer was at 17:40 for an evening flight. Pro: the hotel allowed full use of all facilities until our transfer and provided access to a room for showering before leaving. Cons: the cleaning team were waiting outside our room at 9am when we left for breakfast. Still stood outside when we returned at 10 to pack our bags. Still lurking outside at 10.30 when we left the room for a walk. And finally Neither good or bad. There are a lot of wasps around the bars and pools. They didn’t bother us, nor saw them causing an issue to anyone else. But if you don’t like wasps, there are no getting away from them! There was a large group of men (looked like a stag do?) staying at the resort on the last couple of days we were there. Whilst we weren’t expecting a family-only resort, they did look out of place being loud and rowdy and make good use of the all-inclusive bar. It was just strange to see and be around when the rest of the holiday-goers were all young families, couples, and solo-travelers.

Best hotel in Corfu!
What a beautiful, and well organised hotel. Probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The food is delicious with lots of choices. Drinks are fantastic and well prepared. The staff are the real stars. So friendly and only too happy to make your stay amazing. I can’t fault this hotel at all. Don’t read any negative points as they are nit picking. This hotel is perfect 🤩

A Dream from Start to Finish
Just got back from Dreams Corfu Resort & Spa and honestly, it was a lovely holiday. The resort itself is beautiful — peaceful, elegant, and really well looked after. We stayed in the Preferred Club and appreciated the little extras. Only thing I’d change is the location of the club bar — would’ve been nicer if it was closer to the pool, or if the pool service included the same drinks. Still, it added a nice touch overall. Service was brilliant. Every member of staff was friendly and professional, and really seemed to care. Rita in the buffet was especially lovely — always smiling and made us feel welcome every day. And Gorgios at the Seaside Pool Bar was fantastic — calm, polite, and remembered our drinks perfectly. We genuinely looked forward to seeing them both. Food was great — loads of choice, fresh, and nicely presented. The buffet was well organised and never felt too busy, and the à la carte restaurants were a nice treat. Our room was spacious, spotless, and really comfortable. Loved coming back to it after a day in the sun. The views were stunning too. All in all, it was one of those holidays where everything just works. We left feeling relaxed and happy — already thinking about when we can go back. Would definitely recommend.
