Overall an incredible experience! Consierge staff were amazing. Maria, Diego and Tomas went above and beyond to make our trip extra special. Cant wait to go back! Review: Negatives (very minor) -very spread out resort so some long walks to room to beach but our kids were old enough wasn't a problem (could see younger needing stroller for sure). -Concrete hallways can be very loud. Our room was on the same floor as restaurants/entrance to water park/pools. So pretty loud after kids down. Hotel offered to move us after the first night though if it continued to be loud, and it got much better after that first loud night. -bit of a rocky beach but not enough of a problem to not enjoy it! Positives: literally everything else! -three water park areas from toddler splash park to huge slides good for teenagers. Amazing pools everywhere with lots of options. Swim up bar overlooking ocean. -food was incredible. The lower/mid range stuff was absolutely so great (room service, buffet and day time to go food. Honestly I will be thinking about the lunch time tacos for a long time). Upper end dinner restaurants were a bit more hit and miss but if you ordered right they were also great (ex get the fish instead of steak). Drinks everywhwre also incredible and tons of bars! -Service everywhere was 5 star. Everyone went out of their way to do everything possible to make it great for us. Let us check out 4 hours late without charging. Any minor issue was solved immediately and Consierge went above and beyond for us. Everyone so friendly and helpful -hotel was clean with a beautiful and unique design. -Overall incredible for kids! Going in I did think the secrets side would be more separated from kids side but it wasn't an issue at all and tons of families there and all guests were very nice and friendly to kids (and everyone said the Dreams side of restaurants/pools was actually more chill and less busy!) Cant think of much else but an absolutely great introduction to an all inclusive! Cant wait to go again

2nd visit in paradise
We had a great experience thanks to our concierge Angel! He was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to ensure that we had a comfortable and amazing stay at Dreams Bahia Mita. It is our second time at this resort. Angel is an asset to this resort. We can’t thank him enough for taking such good care of us .

Amazing.
A very well established resort to spend your vacation there and relax. Resort has lots of pools, well dedicated staff every where, food and offered drinks are amazing, exceptional outdoor services and entertainment, waterpark, a bit more training is needed for housekeeping staff to spot check for refills and cleanliness though.

Highly recommend
We came on vacation and unfortunately, I realized I had lost my phone on the shuttle on the way to the resort. Our concierge, Angel, did such an incredible job tracing back our shuttle services and the phone was returned to me the next day. The resort is beautiful, the food is amazing and the service is absolutely 10/10.
