This is not a 4.5/5 star. More like a 2 star but priced liked a 5 star. Very basic. The room that I got through Air Canada Vacations was dirty and old. Forced to upgrade to a preferred room for an additional charge. Even that was sub-standard. Barely any Entertainment -Place is falling apart and not updated. Spare yourself the dismay and just pass on this resort, For the price, There are better Dreams and other resort options in Cancun.

I thought the hotel was solid with some good facilities, although it is smaller than others. Christian on the events team was excellent with the kids throughout the stage. I would’ve rated it higher if they had accommodated some of our requests such as twin rooms and I like checkout, but they didn’t seem to want to be able to help much on that one.

Best Entertainment Crew!
We just came back from a week at the resort with a group of 15 that consisted of families and couples. The resort and atmosphere did not disappoint! The entertainment crew was amazing and I can't give them enough credit for making our holiday a wonderful experience. Christen, Abigail, Edwin and Uriel went out of their way to ensure that our boys were having a great holiday and engaged in the planned activities. The bike tour and water aerobics were great with Abigail. Uriel, Christen and Edwin were hilarious and so personable! Thank you Christen for going above and beyond with our boys, Boh and Ben, this week. We also thoroughly enjoyed the food at the resort. We had a large group for part of the trip and were always able to sit together and didn't have to wait to be seated. As a picky eater, there was always something for myself and the kids to eat! The size of the resort is perfect for families with younger children. The location also can't be beat! We enjoyed walking into town often and also checking out the public beach which had great snorkeling and was only a short walk away!
