I visited this location for an education conference. The atmosphere was pleasant , rooms were clean and spacious . Service was great . Shout out to one staff member that is so valuable! Louree Jefferson ! She greeted me everyday with a smile and a positive attitude as she was continuously working to make everyone. experience great .

Fantastic staff that make the difference where to stay
While staying at the Disney Springs Double Tree hotel, Krisilelle in the Evergreen Cafe was outstanding at breakfast each morning. She would anticipate our needs before we expressed them and would toast my grandson’s toast, etc. She went so far and above what we ever expected! It’s like having breakfast with family in the cafe!!! Thank you so much for wonderful staff like her!!! We will definitely be back here on our next trip to Florida!!! The rooms are clean and large. Perfect for families!

Great Experience
Wonderful experience. Front desk was great and responsive. Louree was phenomenal. I’ve stayed at many hotels and have rarely met someone who knows hospitality like she does.

Amazing experience
Well situated hotel near Disney Springs. Great facilities, clean rooms, excellent location. We had an amazing experience with Olga every morning at breakfast!! She made the stay even more magical for our kids. Definitely recommended!

Family trip.
