Sweet Suite
I can't comment on the value as someone else paid for my stay and I don't know the price. However, no real complaints. The suite was spacious and clean. Room 611 is a corner suite so I had views out of two sides, I couldn't see Disneyland though. Then bed and sheets were good, A.C. was good as was the internet. The toilet was a little odd, I really had to push the flush lever had to make it work, It felt like I was about to break it. The shower was the only issue, the temperature changed suddenly on a couple of occasions, it got really hot while showering but then settled down to the previous temperature. I did slip once as there was no grippy material in the floor of the shower but caught myself with the wall handle. The sink was a little odd, it jutted out into the halway and made it difficult to reach the faucet, especially if you have short arms or a big belly. It was a real nice place, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

HEALTH HAZARD: Sewer Gas & Dismissive Management – Avoid Room # 633
I am writing this as a warning to families planning a stay here. We spent three nights at this property dealing with an overwhelming, persistent sewer gas smell coming from the bathroom. This isn't just a bad odor; it is a sanitary and health concern for any family, especially those traveling with children. When I finally reported this to the front desk manager, the response was completely unacceptable. Instead of an apology or an immediate solution, the manager was dismissive and questioned why I didn't report it sooner. As a family returning from Disneyland after midnight every night, packing up and moving rooms at 1:00 AM was not an option. The Failures: Maintenance: Assigning a room with a clear plumbing/sewer bypass issue. Service: The "Make It Right" promise was nowhere to be found. Management: Rather than taking accountability for a defective room, management attempted to shift the blame onto the guest. I have filed a formal case with Hilton Guest Assistance and a report with the Orange County Health Care Agency. If you are looking for a clean, safe, and professional environment for your Disney trip, look elsewhere. A hotel that dismisses health concerns and blames its guests does not deserve your business.

Awful Customer Service
Stayed at this property multiple times. The amenities are ok, rooms are slightly dated, restaurant staff is very friendly. The front desk supervisor is very condescending, rude and disrespectful. When I reported this to Hilton Diamond Desk, ownership and leadership did not reply. The front desk agent felt empowered and was very arrogant for an entry level manager. I am not the over the top guest, however I have never ever seen such terrible customer service, especially to a lifetime Diamond member.

Needs work
This hotel needs work. There is no printer accessible to guests. The front desk will print documents that are emailed to them, but only when the front desk manager is on duty. The elevators make noises that do not inspire confidence, and have long-expired inspection certificates. The desk in the room has a total of one electrical outlet. On the plus side, the room was spacious and quiet, and the hotel is an easy half mile walk to the convention center
