This hotel needs work. There is no printer accessible to guests. The front desk will print documents that are emailed to them, but only when the front desk manager is on duty. The elevators make noises that do not inspire confidence, and have long-expired inspection certificates. The desk in the room has a total of one electrical outlet. On the plus side, the room was spacious and quiet, and the hotel is an easy half mile walk to the convention center

Rooms look very dated. Old carpet. Old couches, malfunctioning, small TV. Staff, meh- need training on customer service soft skills.

Sep 22, 2025SCAM HOTEL, NO REFUND FOR MY DEPOSIT
This hotel is a scam, the front desk checking in my room using strangers card and take another deposit from my card and didn’t refund my deposit at all saying that they already refund it to the other card,i already told them it is not my card but they insisted it is, they refund the deposit to the other card on 1st Sept while i haven’t check out yet on 1st Sept, when i asked whose card it is, they didnt know either, and refuse to refund my deposit. I should have known better because on the day i checking in, the front desk told me i already checked in, i said no i just reached, then they checked on computer and still asking for my deposit. I tried to talk to the manager so many times but they won’t talk to me. for a 4 stars hotel like this, i truly dissappointed, i never had any problem with other hotel in my life.

Disappointing
We have been in this hotel my son and I in 2018 and we were so happy that we decided to reserve again when we came back to LA. But we were so disappointed how rude and aggressive was the person named Fredy who made our check-in. After a long trip he refused to accept the card used during our reservation to add the deposit on it and he requested another one. He even refused to accept that I pay the deposit in cash. He was so disrespectful that he asked me to wait and made the check in for two other people. Then he told me if I don't give him another card he will cancel my nonrefundable reservation and that I have to search a stay somewhere else. The way this unprofessional staff treated me should not be acceptable by the hotel management. We were guests not homeless people trying to have some help. Our reservation was fully paid and we believe that we deserved more respectful greetings from the staff. On the other hand, all the staff at the reception needs to be more friendly. The only nice people there were the housekeeping team. Even though when we finally get our room, we found some hairs in the bathtub, but everything was cleaned again after we requested this. So we believe that if you want to feel respected, search another hotel. And we believe also that we have the right for a compensation for the insult we suffered from the unprofessional Fredy. After this bad experience I am reconsidering if I will reserve a Hilton hotel in the future, because I had also a bad experience at Hilton at resort world in Las Vegas during the same trip.

Sep 07, 2025Best blow dryer I have come across in a hotel! lol!
This hotel was great! It was only 4 minutes away from Disneyland. Parking was a breeze. You could walk to several restaurants in a short amount of time. The room was spacious and clean and had the BEST blow dryer I have come across in a hotel! That was a big plus for me! Lol!
