Convenient access to parks, great service
We stayed at this property at our first trip to Orlando as a family (2 kids, ages 4 and 1), during the Memorial Day weekend in 2023. The goal of our trip was to do a recce of the 3 major parks (Universal, Disney, Seaworld), where we spent one day each. This facility is conveniently located in between Universal and Disney (~12 min drive each, without traffic), and right by Seaworld (10 min walk). The neighborhood is quiet, and has a small strip mall across in case you need additional dining option over what's in the resort. Although not relevant to us, this place is also close enough to convention center. As we spent most of our time in the parks, we didnt get to use many of the resort facilities such as the pool, family pool, but those did look nice and clean. We only used the restaurant Laguna for complimentary breakfast, and found both the food and service exceeded our expectations for the price we paid (we booked through Expedia) and despite the Memorial Day traffic. Especially important to us was the accommodation they made for kids meals (milk, juice etc). The housekeeping staff was also outstanding. Post pandemic, many hotels (including this) do not offer daily housekeeping unless specifically requested. We requested cleaning on our 2nd day because of kids (who dropped crumbs all over). We were pleasantly surprised to have our room cleaned for the rest of our stay without having to ask. We did have some minor issues but it was the response of the staff that mattered to us, especially in the busy Memorial Day weekend. I would highly recommend this facility and will definitely consider stay again.

Great Stay
This is home away from home. The Front Desk Staff and Management are very helpful. CARLOS is the best!!! He is very courteous and professional. The location is right across from Sea World and near so many attractions, grocery stores and the Restaurant have excellent cooks. The waitress remembered my name after a month!!!

Old, run down, and inconsiderate hotel guests
This hotel was terrible in every way. When we first got there and checked into our room, things seemed okay but we were right next to the pool and there was DJ music going and it was really loud. It was still daylight so we didn't think much of it. We went out to dinner and came back around 9 or 10 PM - the ENTIRE hallway reeked of smoke and the music was still blaring. I get migraines if exposed to too much smoke, and the music was an issue, so we asked to switch rooms. They were able to give us a different room in another building, and it was even worse. Aesthetically this entire hotel is not pleasing. It's old and needs to be updated. In our specific room, the toilet wouldn't stop running and one of the soap dispensers mounted in the wall of the shower was coming out - you could see the wall anchor behind it. A front of one of the drawers was broken and hanging crookedly. We decided to just deal with it, as we would be getting up early the next morning to hit the parks. However - there was a dog barking all night, so sleeping well didn't happen. We got up early and headed out the next morning, and didn't get back until around midnight or so. We had just done 15 hours at Magic Kingdom and wanted to sleep - except the people in the room next to us had other ideas. They were up making noise - inside their room as well as directly outside the door to our room - until around 6 AM. Completely rude and inconsiderate. You'd think a property this close to the theme parks would expect mostly families with kids who need to sleep at night. We didn't see any security or hotel staff asking them to keep it down. There was trash in the parking lot, too, and when we went to leave we were blocked in by someone loading their car who just parked it wherever with no regard to other people who were parked there. This was a very disappointing stay and we will certainly not stay again.
