The hotel was absolutely wonderful. The concierge and restaurant were particularly kind and welcoming! They all accommodated our full family with thoughtful care, including helping us rent (and recharge overnight) a mobility scooter for the week we were there. The breakfast was quick and delicious and the perfect way to start our tourist days. The gym facilities were clean and welcoming. The hotel location was AMAZING for access to buses, tube and trains.

All the staff of this hotel (housekeeping particularly ) are very experienced and attentive. They are always smiling and polite. At the restaurant KaushiGamage is particularly friendly, helpful and polite.

Family friendly visit for LLHM
Brilliant hotel, close to Victoria. Perfect proximity due to the nature of our visit being for LLHM. Despite travelling with a toddler they were incredibly welcoming, foldaway bed was available and there was enough space in the room despite the extra bed. Clean rooms and calm atmosphere downstairs in the reception and bar area. All of the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. At breakfast, Kaushi went out of her way to ensure our daughter had a brilliant breakfast including freshly made pancakes.

Stayed for 3 nights in a booked family room. Arrived early so our room wasn't ready ( no issue) but 2 upgraded rooms were ready if we wanted to pay the extra cost. I agreed as we had early flight. The room was nice but had a constant loud noise from.the service extractor. Finishing at 12 at night restarting at 6am. The lady at reception dismissed it as noise from the underground system even though there was no noise on the street outside or any where else in the hotel . She also said they never had a similar complaint. We had to move at 11pm first night to get some sleep. I asked to move to a standard room and get the upgraded cost back. Our request was rejected due to availability however I was able to book online on numerous websites if needed which i did mention. We had to return to the upgraded room. As a gesture, I was returned 20% of the upgraded cost of the first night only , ridiculous considering we didn't use the room. The response from the hotel via email was the usual generic response " thanks for enjoying the food etc etc." but no addressing of the issue or the rip off. This is not Hilton standard. The only positive was the professional and friendly manner of the restaurant. bar and cleaning staff. The concierge also was a gentleman and very knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Dont see us returning because of the disrespectful attitude of the management.
