    Solid choice!

    Overall we had a very positive experience. We would strongly recommend this hotel. A bit of a rough start because as older travelers we are light sleepers and noise can interfere with that precious slumber, we always ask for a room on the top floor. At check-in that looked like it might be a problem but after a bit of consternation, they found us a room on the 10th floor. At THIS PARTICULAR hotel, the 10th floor was an afterthought and requires a lift to the 9th and then some stairs. The rooms all have stairs down as well. We thought it was cozy and lovely… like sleeping in the attic. And VERY quiet. Breakfast was from 6:30, and with early trains and flights, 6:00 would have felt more appropriate but that’s just an opinion. They were quite kind about it! The rooms, while compact, was clean, attractive, comfortable and most of all quiet. The heat controls worked well and we had a lovely view of Victoria Station. The on-sight restaurant had an ample menu and was good. We ate there on the night we arrived. Bed comfy, sleep quality was above average. And service, while not overwhelming was kind and helpful. Shout out to Joffy for allowing us into breakfast three minutes early so we could grab coffee and fruit before our 6:40 AM Uber! Aloha & Mahalo from Hawaii.

    A great break away

    We had a great stay. The hotel was clean and well located and all the staff were friendly, helpful seemed happy in their work. A great team. We had an issue with our electrics which was dealt with exceptionally quick and we were offered another room as soon as they realised it couldn’t be fixed. Good service. Special mention to Tania, Kaushi and Joly to name but a few. Would highly recommend the hotel and hope to visit again.

    Romantic birthday weekend

    This was a lovely stay the room was very clean apart from one dirty towel. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and I had one of the nicest glasses of champagne in the bar. Breakfast was delicious Kaushi was extremely helpful and could not have been more hospitable. Very warm and comfortable atmosphere and great location.
