    Breakfast service with a smile

    Great service from Belinda and Kauski at a very busy breakfast service over Christmas period. Friendly and professional service with a smile. The hotel is well placed by Victoria station and ideally placed to watch Wicked at Apollo theatre 2 min walk. Superior Queen room was spacious and comfortable only down side of our stay is the room was not cleaned during our 2 night even though it was requested.

    Very good experience. Ideal location, hotel clean and quiet. The personal was efficient, agreable and helpful. A special compliment to Belinda for her kindness and her smile. The breakfast was good, yet could be improved: lack of salmon, limited choice in cheese, no almonds, no nuts. We'll definitely recommend the hotel.
