Cheers~ To the good times in Central London.

We stayed at the Doubletree London Victoria Hotel for 11 days 3/5 - 3/16. The Hotel was nice- clean, modern etc. The location is great right next to Victoria Station which is a jumping off point for eveything in London. The real stars here though are the staff, from Front Desk and Concierge to Restaurant & Bar Staff to House keeping these people were all exceptional. The absolute nicest people I've come across in a long time. They made our experience in London first rate. Helpful, positive willing to go the extra mile for us during our stay. The Concierge was brilliant, with tube directions, finding us a chemist nearby and with dinner recommendations. Belinda, Jaydeep, Ketan and Rishabh (The Terminus Restaurant and Bar staff) were just the kindest people you could ever meet. They would go out of their way to make certain your experience was memorable. We enjoyed our stay at the DoubleTree London Victoria very much~ Would Highly Recommend.

Enjoyable stay in London

Bed was like sleeping in the clouds. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Room service superb. Would definitely recommend. No hesitation to come again. Nice main foyer, restaurant nearby. Ample lifts to take you to your floor. Tea, coffee available in room with bottled water.

Great family experience

The hotel was very clean. The shower was the best hotel shower we have ever experienced! The breakfast was amazing. There were lots of food and drink options. We needed help getting extra things in our room and Yolanda in house keeping was very helpful. Overall, we had a great experience!

Great Hotel.

This is the perfect location for our visit to see Hamilton at the Victoria Theatre with an overnight stay. The Reception staff were very friendly and professional and the room was perfect for our needs - comfortable, clean and roomy. Thank you.

Great team and location

Great team throughout - especially Belinda in breakfast room and the gentleman in bar while I was there - really thoughtful. Rooms nice, clean, shower great and location very good - just steps from Victoria and a short walk to both Buckingham Palace and the Houses of Parliament
