Awesome experience. Theresa at the front desk is really great. My mom and I had been traveling for 24 hours and were exhausted. She did a great job, even though the hotel was very busy, to get us in the room early to get some well needed rest. She was also very informative about local food and all the hotel amenities. The rest of the staff is great as well! Great central location in Lisbon. Highly recommended!!

A stay at the DoubleTree
I had been to the DoubleTree in Lisboa before and as before, it was an excellent place to stay. The staff was very willing and able to help me with my issues. The rooms are nice and the food is excellent. There is a fish market across the street, so the chef can walk across the street and pick the house special for that night. One night I had the Sea bass w/mashed potatoes and hazelnut. The breakfast area is also very nice.

Wonderful Family Stay
In January 2026, I spent a wonderful four days at this hotel with my family. Overall, the staff were extremely helpful and understanding, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the beds provided excellent sleep quality. Breakfast was rich in variety and absolutely delicious, offering something for everyone. Upon our arrival, Igor at the reception was especially helpful and welcoming—I would like to thank him sincerely. I would also like to extend my special thanks to Motaz, Solomon, and Diogo from the restaurant and bar areas for their excellent service and friendliness. It was a truly satisfying and pleasant stay, and we would be happy to return again.

I stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Lisbon Fontana Park until January 13, 2026, and left my Philips toothbrush (worth ~250 EUR) in the bathroom. I first sent two emails detailing the issue, which were clearly received (read receipts confirmed), but got zero response. Only after contacting them via the hotel website chat did they finally reply by connecting me to staff—yet provided no resolution. As a loyal Hilton guest staying at your properties worldwide for work over 60 nights per year, this is my first experience of an item disappearing from a room. I’m 100% sure it was left in the bathroom, pointing to either broken lost & found procedures or housekeeping taking guest items. Extremely disappointed—no accountability or timely communication from the team. Will reconsider future stays here

Terrible nights sleep
Garden suite Very dirty windows and the garden view is a bit of a stretch of the imagination. You can hear every outside noise, which majorly affects your sleep. Staff were not interested in this information.
