I’ve been a guest at this hotel several times. Without a shadow of a doubt I consider the staff and management here to be the best that San Juan, if not Puerto Rico, has to offer. I was particularly impressed by the GM, Yobil Caban, and his hotel manager Michael. Kudos also to Diana at the front desk and Christian who works as our front as a valet. They all made my stay one of the best I’ve ever encountered as a guest at a hotel.

The location, atmosphere and rooms are top-notch. What special about this hotel is the staff from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant to managerial staff who are happy to go above and beyond any reasonable measure to accommodate and support guests.

Marcos at the front desk provided the best customer service that I had in Puerto Rico. Extremely helpful, and communicated very well.

First time stay at San Juan Doubletree. Couldn’t be more pleased with the service.
All staff from front desk to restaurant to sales manager were excellent. The reception at the bar was a nice treat and we were treated like family. A great surprise on a business trip. I particularly want to thank Marcos at the front desk for his help and Anette Figueroa who hosted the reception on St Patrick’s day. Looking forward to a return soon!
