    Thank you, DoubleTree Miami, it was a pleasure staying with you. The customer service was excellent from the moment I arrived at the hotel, but the best part was my dinner with the amazing cocktails. I went to the hotel bar, and as soon as I arrived, Angelica greeted me with a smile and a wonderful attitude, which made my stay at the hotel even better.

    Nahany and all the other front desk clerks are the best. This is my second stay and I won’t consider another hotel in Miami.
