Wonderful hotel I would highly recommend it.

Best Stay
I have to say this stay was one of the best stays I have ever had at any hotel and I have been to many. The customer service I experienced was unmatched. I do not even know where to start. I have to send a shoutout to Diamond from the front desk. I had a death in my family that I found out after getting off the plane. Diamond could sense something was wrong and asked if she could give me a hug. That was worth more than anything I could ask for. Then to top it off the whole crew which included Karina, Arianna, Suki and Pam. The customer service these people showed my family and I at the time of our grief really helped us through it. The smiles they gave when we came down. God actually sent some Angels working behind the counter. They then topped it off with those delicious cookies. The room was very clean as well. I would highly recommend this hotel. A hug and a smile goes a long way. Good job HR on hiring some of the best staff.

Dec 11, 2025An Efficient Hotel, if One’s Expectations Are Modes
I stayed here for five days — regrettably, I must admit. Ample time both to attend the work meeting and to conduct a careful assessment of the place. The hotel, strategically located near Universal, proved to be a magnet for families with children — that is, for everyone except me, who was hoping for a touch more serenity than the ambient average allowed. The room was spacious — very spacious — almost as if they expected me to host a small parallel convention. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the sort that embrace you after an exhausting day and make you reconsider any commitment scheduled before 10 a.m. The bathroom followed the same pattern: large, functional, and equipped with the basics — soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner — nothing extravagant, nothing bold, just enough to remind you that this is, indeed, a hotel and not a disguised spa. As for breakfast, I can state without hesitation: it is complete. Fresh fruit, an egg station, a variety of breads, and a selection of cakes that, on their own, could justify waking up early — accompanied, naturally, by a coffee doing its best to keep you alert despite those aforementioned embrace-happy beds. What weighs on the experience, discreetly — but yes, it does weigh — is the matter of cleanliness. Although it is carried out, as the script requires, it does not quite convince the more demanding souls… such as mine. It’s the sort of cleaning that suggests good intentions, but not necessarily flawless execution. The reception was quick and efficient, though exhibiting a slightly glacial charm — the kind that delivers service without the slightest risk of displaying enthusiasm. In short, a stay that, shall we say, fulfilled what it promised — though not exactly something I would be eager to repeat.
