    Great views

    Amazing reception by Aaron (hope I got it right!) upon arrival. We took a corner room overlooking Amsterdam, which was a fantastic experience by itself. Also love the location, calm while a few minutes away from ams central station by boat. The only downside for me this time was the breakfast, for instance the cereals were stale (the welcome cookie was better than anything served there unfortunately!).

    Excellent

    Although the rooms are extremely compact, it was appreciated that a free puff rare was received. Breakfast was fine, staff friendly. The hotel is just a two minute sell from the complimentary F4 ferry which runs every fifteen minutes to Centraal Station.

    A gem if you don't mind the commute

    Nice hotel in an out of the way location. Rooms were very comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Requires riding the free ferry service to get to the heart of Amsterdam, Centraal Station, etc. but a fun commute and worth the effort. Ferry is steps from the hotel. Pricing reflects the location and was a good bargain.

    My May 22 lobby incident.

    Had a horrible accident in the hotel on May 22. 3 employees watched what happened to me. No follow up on this long lasting nightmare. Karen B
