    Great staff!

    The service is always phenomenal. All their bartenders, whether at the lobby bar and restaurant. I was taken care of by Rose today--attentive, friendly, and helpful. Their service staff is one of the main reason I choose to stay here regularly.

    Comfy Hotel

    Workers and the hotel is absolutely amazing, there are two staff member I would like to recognize who were nice and friendly, Caleb and Glenda both made my stay calming and amazing! I am looking forward to coming back again, the warm chocolate chip cookies is a nice touch!

    Great place to stay in Denver

    Great place second time staying here, and staff are always friendly and accommodating. Also I love the cookies and the rooms are really nice. Had a nosie issue that was resolved right away by the manger on staff and Allie. Great price as well, I also love how close it is to things in Denver.

    What a pain….

    After spending 74 nights in Hilton properties across North America I can confirm this hotel is not where you want to stay. They don’t make anything convenient that you expect from Hilton properties as a diamond member. When you pull in you’re greeted with a Drop Off zone that’s completely full, when you finally find a parking spot far away from the front desk and lug all your luggage there, they hand you a parking pass and want you to go back out to your car. Oh, and why am I even at the front desk? That’s because their digital key doesn’t work(and probably hasn’t for a long time). Don’t worry though, after you wait in line to get your key, they give you your 15$/ night room credit(that you can’t use at the convenience shop…) This place is a joke. Never again, the cookie isn’t worth the hassle here.

    Top-notch!

    The bartending staff was top-notch. They were friendly, professional, and fast paced in their service. The staff at the secondary bar was especially helpful and responsive, but overall I highly recommend them enough! They were welcoming and knowledgeable beyond all my expectations.
