My stay at The Diplomat Beach Resort was wonderful. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit, always making sure I had everything I needed. I would especially like to mention Nicholas, who went above and beyond to make my experience truly exceptional. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made a big difference. I highly recommend this resort and will definitely be returning!

Daddy/daughter weekend getaway
Awesome experience. Grounds were impeccable. Staff was extremely friendly, especially Joe at the Concierge desk. Hooked us up with all the local spots to checkout. 10/10, will be coming back

Joe at concierge 10/10
I am here to work an event at the conference center. Joe at the concierge has been a god send. He went above and beyond to help us get in, and loaded. Normally we wouldn't ask the hotel/concierge for help, but we were having a hard time getting the information we needed, to get where we needed to go. Joe not only helped us find our way, but he checked in with us multiple times to make sure we found our way and had every thing we needed. He personally let us into the building which was locked, and guided us to where we needed to go. I am so happy I asked him for help. Most people would have pointed in a direction and moved on, but Joe made sure to through guide us through the whole process. I would definitely stay at the Diplomat the next time I am in Hollywood because of how excellent the service has been, thanks to Joe.

Joe is absolutely amazing! Our experience here was A+ thanks to Joe’s efforts, recommendations and overall professionalism! He helped us get a lost wallet returned too and that was just the icing on the cake. Will definitely be back and highly recommend stopping by the concierge desk so Joe can do his thing and enhance your already amazing experience.
