Joe, the concierge at the Diplomat Beach Resort, was absolutely incredible. He went above and beyond to help us secure transportation to the National Championship Game, if you’ve ever been to Hard Rock Stadium, you know how incredibly difficult it is to get to and from the stadium. Joe arranged private transportation that got us within 200 yards of the entrance, making the entire experience effortless and enjoyable. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication truly made our entire stay. Joe is the reason our trip was such a success and the reason we will absolutely be returning. If you’re staying at the Diplomat (which we highly recommend), make it a point to stop by and meet Joe, he’s the best of the best! -Bill and Debbie Miles, and Abby Miller

Amazing Overnight Stay!
I just had an amazing stay at The Diplomat! I got in from a cruise in the morning and was prepared to wait for my room. When I arrived they allowed me to check in early which was a big bonus. I had two double beds with a balcony and ocean view on the 30th floor - the views were stunning! The room was very clean and the decor and fixtures were upscale. I’m a coffee addict so the Nespresso machine in the room was heaven. The bed was comfy and the big soaking tub was a great way to relax. The property has multiple pools and is right on the beach. It was busy but didn’t feel overcrowded like other places I have been to. The drinks were a little pricey and the gratuities are automatically included - this is on par with most resorts these days. Overall the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Cant wait to come back to paradise at The Diplomat!

My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of being attended by Dylan at the Diplomat. He was extremely helpful, friendly and attentive. I have to say he is definitely an asset and I would definitely come back because of the experience he provided. Thank you Dylan for making our stay memorable.

Weekend at the Diplomat
Great stay at The Diplomat! The pool area was awesome, and Thiago, the pool attendant, was super friendly and helpful. He kept everything clean and made sure guests had towels and chairs right away. Amazing service from Thiago and great vibes overall. Would definitely come back!

Great Resort all around.
Great facility. Very resort like for a US hotel. Staff is very accommodating. I had to check out a night earlier to beat the Jan 2026 snow storm and they approved a refund for me through Expedia. Joe the concierge was exceptional. Very knowledgable of the area and things to do. Gave us great tips that made our stay enjoyable.
