We had a wonderful week at the DiamondHead Beach resort. Perfect location in Ft Myers Beach, friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds and a fantastic beach just steps away. A HUGE thank you to Jamie for going up and beyond in helping us find/ship a few beloved items that we accidentally left behind. A++ customer service. We’ll be back!

Great resort in Ft Myers Beach
We stayed at the Diamond Head in Ft Myers Beach March 11th - March 16th. The check in was very seamless with Victoria. She gave us great info about the resort and a couple of restaurants we should check out. Tim at the pool area has a great spirit and was an attentive server. The crew at the beach hut were also very friendly. We only ate at the Cabanas bar & grill one time, I recommend the Blackened Grouper Reuben sandwich. I would recommend this place and we would definitely return.

Mar 14, 2026Very upsetting interaction with aggressively rude staff member
We drove up from the south end of Ft. Myers’s Beach to eat at Diamond Head. Which we do all year because we enjoy their food and entertainment. We spent around $100 there already and were going to spend more. Upon leaving my husband asked DON (who wanted his name out in all caps) about if we could park our golf cart there since we were eating there, using their bar and renting chairs on beach. DON said for $20. We showed him our receipt he said it didn’t matter. He was very rude and aggressive. As we walked to our cart DON literally ran across the street and starting yelling at us we couldn’t park there. We were already parked there and were going to leave. I asked Don if he just seriously chased us down?! He kept yelling at us about parking. He completely ruined our day. He ruined our experience at one of our favorite spots on the island that we reside. We financially support Diamond Head all year long. Not just seasonally. Never again!!! It’s a shame. We have memories there since 1999. It’s over. To be treated like that after spending over $100 on lunch. Over a simple parking conversation was ridiculous, unprofessional, and again- ruined our entire day.

The place to be!
Diamondhead is by far the most personalized resort on Fort Myers Beach! From the easy and accommodating parking, the easy to check in either as a day pass or to stay in one of the comfiest rooms, the friendliest staff ( Sebastian and Raven at the pool, Jordynn and Tim serving delicious drinks by the pool, Carlos being quick to bring food out and all the front desk ladies Victoria, Vickie and Gia... Highly recommend spending a day or weeks on end at your home away from home!

It's Perfect
Beautiful resort with great customer service. Spacious room with a great view and super big deck to watch sunsets. Excellent live entertainment, warm pool and really welcoming staff. Highly recommend!
