Feb 03, 2026Best all inclusive - new,modern, upscale
The most beautiful and best all inclusive I have experienced. We originally stayed next door at Hyatt Vivid for our anniversary. The Hyatt was old and we felt that we were just constantly being sold. There was empty lounge chairs on the pool that you could not sit on and after that we decided to check out early. We saw Devossion when we walked on the beach (since it’s next to Hyatt) As soon as we checked in here, the energy is so different. For upscale, new, and everyone was so kind with no type of upselling you on everything. The food and drinks were magnificent. Their peanut butter brownie at the pool is a must. Miguel the waiter over there was also very kind. The mango margarita and red sangria were delicious! Their sushi restaurant was so fresh and delicious! Best all Inclusive I’ve been too and would love to come back!

The first half of our week was exquisite, although the eve menus didn’t cater for vegans well but I made do. Then a corporate group arrived. Noisy entertainment all day & late into night. We no longer could sit outside for breakfast as all reserved. We felt bottom of the pile

Wonderful vacation!
We are really big fans of life Aqua in the hotel zone so we decided to give this new resort a try. It was totally worth it. It has a super cool layout and more of a boutique feel. We feel like this resort was more lively during the day, but lacked entertainment in the evenings. If you are looking for nightly shows, this is probably not a good spot for you. I love the beach here. It is not super wide, but it is next to public access so the beach is lively with a big mix of resort goers and locals. There’s lots to see and do. The day entertainment crew works really hard to keep things upbeat and fun. A special shout out to Fernando, Marlon and Andres. The pools here are smaller, but nice, with several infinity Lookouts. The service around the pool was incredible. A special shout out Veni who never slowed down and Are who made sure our every need was met. The 1:26 celebration daily is a ton of fun. The room at the resort was very nice. The beds were comfortable, and even the pillows did not disappoint. The water pressure was good with plenty of warm water. Our room had a double vanity, which makes things much easier. We upgraded to an oceanfront room. While it was a very nice view, I’m not sure I would do that again only because we spend so little time in our room. Housekeeping there does a fantastic job. There is a great open air lobby bar. Roberto, the bartender, is a true craftsman when it comes to cocktails. It doesn’t hurt that he is a super cool dude too. We really enjoyed the restaurants. Our favorite was The Grill and a special shout out to our waiter Carlos. The Italian is really delicious too. Our waiter Ignacio. was incredible. Some of my favorite tiramisu ever. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well. I would highly recommend this resort. The service is incredible, the food is yummy and you are steps away from fifth Avenue. It’s a great location for getting out and being part of the community.

Wonderful Stay
My daughter took me to celebrate my birthday and it was amazing JetBlue all inclusive vacation from checkin to checkout. The employees are very in-tuned with the guests needs and listened intently. When they don’t understand English, they grab a coworker who does. The bellboy at arrival noticed our room did not have robes and requested them ( but the room service took a day to deliver). Mini fridge was refilled daily with snacks and water. Bed was turned down daily and cookies left with our slippers lined up appropriately. Anna’s Pilates class and water aerobics were wonderful. My daughter casually mentioned it was my birthday and before I knew what was happening she had everyone in the aqua class singing happy birthday and me dancing with her team at the pool deck. My second Pilates and aqua classes were with Fer who is very sweet (we got some synchronize swimming in and it was so beautiful). The waiter (I forgot his name🙁) was listening when he asked why we were there because while having Dinner at Fiorella, he surprised me with a cake and the team included Melanie (sweet girl) who sang me happy birthday. I also made ceviche with Marlon that was delicious. I decorated a hat and made keychain both of which I truly enjoyed. Was in a haste to finish the keychain as my ride to airport was ready, the instructor packed all I need to finish it😊🙏🏽. Not forgetting Miguel at the pool deck was an amazing server. He knew when we had too much lol and was very observant when we left sandals due to rain ( kept them for us) . There was a club next door that would have been too loud for me but our room was not close to it. The sports bar is very small with 2 holes for mini golf, one pool table and 2 air hockey but lots of TV’s and tables. The SPA is amazing but pricey and massage was great. SpeakEasy dance club is not really my thing so I had a glass of wine in the beautiful club but left before party started. There are many food options/ grill/ buffet/ Italian / sushi/ Mexican available daily. I would have love if resort had nightly shows or karaoke (they have live music but not anything like a cover band). I love this place and will definitely go back - hopeful that night shows and/or karaoke is in then 😊
