We had an excellent stay at this resort and would absolutely come back. The property itself is beautiful, well maintained, and exactly what you want from an all-inclusive—relaxing, comfortable, and easy to enjoy from day one. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay great. You never felt like just another guest. A special shout-out to Benny at the Xaman Bar. He was outstanding. Friendly, professional, and always in a great mood, Benny made some of the best drinks we had all week and remembered what we liked without even asking. He single-handedly turned the Xaman Bar into one of our favorite spots at the resort. The kind of bartender who makes you want to come back the next day—and the next. Overall, fantastic service, great atmosphere, and a staff that truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommended.

Amazing time!!! Gustavo and Manuel were amazing!!! Always anticipating our needs. We did bracket making with Isable Lourdes and Karen and thy were wonderful!! Would return here again for this wonderful staff.

Fun times at Delta!
Isabel and Lourdes and Karen were amazing!! Fun times in an art and wine class!! Best experience!! They make this vacation so much fun!! You have to try it!!

Stayed 5 nights at this all inclusive resort for the first time. Likely won't come back again due to food quality and location (30 mins from the airport and 45 mins from DT). The rooftop adult only oil is nice with a great view of the ocean. The room is clean enough but pillows aren't too comfy. The resort isn't huge, with several pools, restaurants, bars, a spa and two waterslides. Staff are in general quite friendly and welcoming. The resort is not crowded and attracts less foreigners than other resorts in the area.

Just wanted to set your expectations right. Because I learned it myself a hard way, I want to make sure that everyone staying there understands what they going for. This was absolutely the worst hotel experience of my life. This is not a typical Mexican all inclusive experience. This is a Marriott hotel. And it’s overrun by families with screaming toddlers, gringo office workers families who are probably spending their Marriott points. That’s it.
