  MAKE SURE YOU DON’T ENCOUNTER LIL BUDDIES…

  I checked in. I went into the room (115). I was greeted by previous occupants (roaches), by the mirror… I immediately went to the office and told them. They told me they didn’t have any other rooms until the next day. I asked for spray. I proceeded to fumigate the room. I found more behind the mirror. Long story short. I slept in the car. I got a refund the next day. **PLEASE CHECK THE ROOM BEFORE UNPACKING AND GOING TO SLEEP!!!

  Worst Hotel Ever-Worst Management Ever-DO NOT STAY HERE!

  I had booked this hotel for five nights to stay with my daughter and when we arrived, we were very skeptical as the outside was nothing like the pictures. We checked in, and they had taken my full payment before I even checked in (which is shady and illegal). When we got to our room, it was filthy, had pubic hairs in the bed and additional hair. Additionally, the deadbolt lock was broken. We left and went to the front desk. She offered a second room, which again, did not have a working deadbolt. She said she did not have any other rooms to give me that we paid for, and gave me a queen bed (I had booked and paid for 2 queens). This one had a deadbolt lock and we were going to make the best of it until we saw BED BUGS! We went to the front desk and immediately said no thank you. The lady would not refund us, and called the owner and he said he would call me the next day. On top of this, there were men outside cat calling my daughter and me and whistling. We explained we did not feel safe, and the conditions were poor. They could not accommodate what we had paid for. We had to purchase a new hotel, and I still have not received a call from the owner or my refund. I have called every day, and they continue to make excuses. DO NOT STAY HERE!

  Overall review

  I planned a last minute visit and I had to cancel my trip on the app and purchase a room in the lobby and they charged me for a cancellation fee when they said they where not going too. The rooms where not the very best for the price I paid, it wasn’t even worth…

  This hotel Sucked

  This hotel was only moderately better than sleeping under a bridge. They say the secret to real estate is location and if you have ever wanted to see the gangs of The West coast of Florida this one is for you. I am offering g 1 star because 0 stars is not an option.

  Horrible customer service!!!!

  We showed up, I asked for a handicap room with 2 beds. The gentleman at the desk said he couldn't do that, so I asked for a 1st floor with 2 beds and he said they didn't have that. So I took a floor room. Now both my wife and I are handicap . After doing research and talking to good employee they had 7 rooms available on the 1st floor. I spoke to the gentleman at the desk at 930pm and he said it was to late and to talk to the manager in the morning. I spoke to him and he said it was to late I should of spoken to the clerk the night before. You get no service from them. The remote didn't work for the TV, complained, lock didn't work, nothing, horrible customer service!
