Simply superb with the best Gym ever
Superb. Nice big lobby, a full fledged Gym under the hotel lobby which the hotel guests can use free of charge. Nice quiet location close to the Grocery store. A small walk from the nearest tram spot though. Great food places nearby. The hotel staff are helpful. The rooms are small but very nicely decorated with all facilities. Toilet size is pretty decent though. Will absolutely stay here again.

Average hotel
Location is good. About 2.5 km walk to city centre. Staff at reception was not efficient and slow. We were checking in small group and they took more than a hour to provide us room keys, and we were checking in past dinner time. Room was of good size considering the location and price I paid. It was clean and comfortable for a single person. They have a great large fitness centre, I haven’t seen such large gym in any hotel (it was Holmes place gym associated with hotel). I liked the gym and staff was courteous. One major issue was its timing on weekends. Breakfast was good though had few options.

Great hotel
Room was average, problem with toilet flush, they fixed it but the water less pressure. The location is far from the centre of HB, close to a stadum. Nice jacuzzi. My stay overall was alright.

my stay in Crowne Plaza Zurich
during my winter vacation, I stayed in the above hotel for 5 nights between dec 28th to 2nd Jan, 2026. Room was very spacious and bathroom was good with all amenities. People were very friendly and helpful. Hotel location is though not far away from Zurich HBF, it is in mid of residential area. Tram station is 5 minutes from hotel which line 3 connects zurich HBF in less than 15 minutes. Hardbrucke train station is 15 minutes walk and from there train to Zurich HBF is under 3 minutes. There is a super market ( Migros ) in 3 minutes walk. Overall it was a good stay.

Short trip
I felt very comfortable in the house. It has a wonderful atmosphere, and both the service and the price are still absolutely right.
