Very good hotel for what we wanted. Nice outside seating area in the garden Near the football stadium Cheaper price ( less than central hotels near lake ) but still expensive ..Zurich is expensive ! The hotel was located next to the tram and it was only 10 mins plus or so ride to the centre and lake . Absolutely superb position ..I would recommend staying here if you are happy to ride the very efficient tram service . We got a pass for multiple trips in and out of the zone between hotel and lake area . Really cheap unbelievably and so easy to use . You can download the Zurich travel app for accurate info. The tram tickets can also reduce the cost of a trip on the lake ..beautiful city .

A nice hotel when walking in with spacious lobby. Staff were helpful and friendly and check in process was a smooth one. As a platinum IHG we were given drinks vouchers and was awarded a little extra with some shortbread , sweet treat from the restaurant and a hand written card. We were in room 2521 which was a suite. A good size room with a large shower , bath . toilet. Robes and slippers as well as amenities kit were provided. The hotel has an indoor pool , jacuzzi , sauna and steam room. All of which were clean , easy to you and relaxing at the end of a day of walking. Only downside is there was only 5 chairs by the pool which filled up quickly. We visited the bar restaurant and used our drinks vouchers and were given a little complimentary snack which was delicious. We would recommend the hotel for location , it’s near enough from the old town to be affordable but just a quick tram ride from the centre. Out the hotel turn left and walk along you will find the tram stop, ticket machines are easy to use and line 3 takes you round to the centre.

Couple of days in Zurich
Lovely stay in Zurich with a beautiful restaurant and okay breakfast, I absolutely loved the gym, sauna and pool facilities. Staff were lovely and super friendly from restaurant to reception to Spa staff, special thanks to Aisha for a friendly and warm welcome! Overall, a good place to stay.

Simply superb with the best Gym ever
Superb. Nice big lobby, a full fledged Gym under the hotel lobby which the hotel guests can use free of charge. Nice quiet location close to the Grocery store. A small walk from the nearest tram spot though. Great food places nearby. The hotel staff are helpful. The rooms are small but very nicely decorated with all facilities. Toilet size is pretty decent though. Will absolutely stay here again.

Location is good. About 2.5 km walk to city centre. Staff at reception was not efficient and slow. We were checking in small group and they took more than a hour to provide us room keys, and we were checking in past dinner time. Room was of good size considering the location and price I paid. It was clean and comfortable for a single person. They have a great large fitness centre, I haven’t seen such large gym in any hotel (it was Holmes place gym associated with hotel). I liked the gym and staff was courteous. One major issue was its timing on weekends. Breakfast was good though had few options.
